Less than desirable results.This coloring took a long time and it had quite a few steps. Especially when the results were below desirable. I did not understand why I shampooed and conditioned my hair after coloring it. I truly believe that rinsed out most of the coloring in my hair. Some of it is dark but there is not any hint of blue at all. As a matter of fact it has my natural hint of red. The gray hair in the front did not fully dye. I have bought boxes from Walmart that dyed better than this one. So now I am stuck with gray and I can't dye again for a while. Did not cover my gray, made my roots pinkThe color was supposed to be a neutral dark blond to cover my roots and gray. My color came out pinky-copper and warm. It clashes with the rest of my hair color. None of my gray was covered. I now have to get my hair professionally fixed. Not for meI do love how they supply a couple pairs of gloves and remover, etc in the kit. I usually have all that, but it’s nice that comes with it. I’ve been dying my hair for a long time and was excited to try this because of all of the positive reviews. However, I did not have a good experience. Right off the bat the bottle began leaking after I mix everything together. It was on right, it just didn’t seal good. Long story short, my color ended up being too dark. Leaked during shippingI’ve ordered for over a year and have not had any issues with my product. This time the outside of the box clearly showed the dye had leaked. It was more than half empty and was all over the inside of the box. It didn’t appear there was any shipping damage, but that the cap wasn’t on securely. The nice thing is that when I called, eSalon was very easy to deal with to get a replacement. They said they were also refunding me the cost. Awful grey coverage and hot roots.I specifically asked to go darker on my roots and assumed the color would have done that. Nope! No grey coverage and hot roots!!!!
