Left my hair a bit difficult to brush through unlike a conditioner,.and as my hair is very fine it made it look greasy even though I washed it thoroughly, it did leave it very soft but fluffy ,as I say it may work realy well on thicker hair ,so I don't like to judge too much ,but definitely not for very thin hair

This product is very heavily scented. I wouldn't buy it again based solely on the scent. It worked OK for moisturizing my hair but I wouldn't say it was an amazing product.

Sorry to leave negative reviews when I love the hair color so much, but this stuff didn't help my hair at all, and seemed actually to dry my hair out. If I just spray some Biolage Smooth Shine Milk, my hair is soft, and shiny, and the natural curl is perfect! But the Weekly Retreat didn't do anything positive. I tried it with and without the Milk, and it dried my hair out no matter what.

Easy to use, clear instructions. However, I expected better results. It was really no different than using any regular conditioner, but more expensive per ounce. The smell is also almost chemical in nature. I will not buy again.

I was disappointed by the name of this product. It’s suggesting it is a weekly conditioner and a weekly conditioner in my experience is of a thicker consistency and is intensely reparative. I use this every time I wash my hair. It’s an average conditioner. Doesn’t repair much. It’s not bad it’s just not great.

My hair is naturally curly and coarse. This product doesn’t help much but I like the smell. I use it once a week, I actually leave it on overnight and rinse out the next morning. The day I rinse the conditioner out I feel as though it makes my hair manageable. I have used this product for 2 months and I still have some left in the container. I will use the entire product, if not for the texture it leaves my hair but for the fragrance. It’s not a strong fragrance but I like it.

I have a slight wave to my hair as well as dry thick hair and I was excited to try something new. I was hoping this would help smooth out the tangles and add some softness to my hair, maybe my expectations were too high. The product smells great but it just did nothing for my hair.

Not crazy about this deep conditioning. My hair is dry and frizzy so I used it for 20 minutes as the instructions said to do. No change. My hair still looks dry and frizzy, feels heavy, my bangs look greasy and it was hard to style. The remaining amount I have I'll use when I know I'm not going out or to work. I won't be ordering this again.

This weekly mask is definitely hydrating unfortunately no matter how well I rinse it’s too much for my hair. I have thick (as in lots of) but super fine strands and this leaves my hair feeling a little greasy and weighed down.

I was hoping this would be consistent to keep my hair soft, and color protected, especially during the summer season when I am in water and the sun. While there is a subtle difference after use, it is nothing that stands out. I would still be shopping around to compare other similar masks. Have to say I have not used this due to ingredients. Why would u want to put on your hair (and of course gets absorbed into your body) alcohol, glycol,dimethicone. Try it if u wish but I like to reduce the amount of chemicals as much as possible. Given I do dye my hair, lol

I have very dry curly hair, so I was so excited about this product. When I was rinsing it out, it felt as if it was going to provide more lasting moisture to my hair, but when my hair dried there was no noticeable difference. Perhaps I rinsed too much of the product out. I will give it another go and see if rinsing just a bit less might give me the desired results I took away from the advertisement of this product.

It only produced softness for a time. Otherwise..my hair does not feel soft; a little coarse. Going to try it again today. Or else I will take it off my next order.

Not that impressed. It makes my hair a little unmanageable, a little TOO well conditioned. I can't comb my hair out very well with it, so it's not like my regular conditioner. MEH**

This conditions well, but leaves my hair so flat that not even the volumising shampoo and conditioner works after using it. I have to wait for the next wash to get any volume back. But I guess it's a sign that it's conditioning my hair thoroughly. It's only meant to be used once a week, but I use it every two weeks.

This has to be the worst conditioner I have ever used. Having curly hair, I’ve tried many over the years. After I had used it and my hair was still wet, it felt like it had a film on it. I had thoroughly rinsed it out as I always do. When I dried my hair, it was so extremely dry and frizzy. It took a few days of using other conditioners to get back to normal. I will never use this again.

I did think it would leave my hair softer but its the 3rd time i've used it in 3 weeks and it doesn't seem to have drastically changed the softness of my hair.

This makes my hair feel like it has tons of split ends. I don't have any, but this makes my hair really rough and did nothing to it, but make it feel like many split ends. Not recommend.

I've only used the product a handful of times, and each time I have high hopes, but I never get the expected results. I would think my hair would be soft and more manageable after use, but it's not. With that said, it could be doing exactly what it's supposed to - hydrating my hair and keeping it healthy. I just don't know!

I use this every week because it’s there. I have extremely dry hair. I use it instead of the conditioner and would hope that it moisturizes better, but no..., it falls short. It would be more exciting if it at least lathered up nicely or had a pleasant scent...... I wouldn’t recommend.

The flowery powder smell clung to my curls long after rinsing. Other conditioners I've used perform as well or better. It is thick. Not worth even the low pricetag.

From dying my hair white-blonde for several years, my hair is very dry and frizzy. I used the mask and my hair felt softer and more pliable, less brittle while wet. Once air-dried, the results were ok. #myhairneedshelp

I was really hopeful for this product but it was hard to wash out and had my hair greasy looking in a day. Usually I can go 3 days between washes and my hair still looks fabulous. I don't know if I'm allergic or what but this product broke the back of my kneck out because I put it on the ends of my hair and it touched my kneck. I'm so glad I didn't get it on my scalp or I would have been very miserable. I'm very dissatisfied with this product but that doesn't mean it's not good for others because every other product I have tried from esalon I have loved. I just hate that I wasted money on a product that I can't use

I like that my hair looks more conditioned after using this but it’s not amazingly so, and definitely looks normal after my second wash. My least favorite part about this is the smell, it just too strong, but luckily it’s a wash out product so it doesn’t stick too much after rinsing.

I have tried this product several times and every single time, it leaves my hair feeling brittle, dry, dull, and hard to style. I would not recommend this product if you have thick, naturally wavy hair.

I was really hoping this product would live up to it's claims. I've used it twice now over the last few days and honestly don't see any difference whatsoever. My regular/daily conditioner is just as good-if not better. My hair has been frizzy and getting static cling. Perhaps that is coincidence. But, I will not buy this again. The value doesn't justify the cost. I have medium thick, naturally curly hair.

The instructions say leave it on 20 minutes, I think. After shampooing in the shower, and then put the mask? What do you do after showering and shaving, and waiting for mask to work and still not time to rinse out? It's good, but my opinion is still uncertain whether it's any better than just conditioner. Either way, it takes me a long time to get tangles out.

On my first treatment I left it on for 1 hour initially it was good and my hair felt good. However the next day it was frizzy again so I am not certain how many treatments you need before it really kicks in. Worked more as a daily conditioner for me.

To me, this seems more like a weak conditioner than a nourishing mask. I notice no improvement over normal condition bought at my local big box store. In fact, the individual hair masks from the dollar store make my hair feel smoother and look shinier than this does.

When I used this product it completely changed the texture of my hair. My hair felt very thin, limp, and hard to style. Not sure if it was me or the product, however, I was very focused on following the instructions to the T and just did not like the outcome.

I've used this multiple times hoping for fantastic results, but it just acted like a normal conditioner on my hair. That being said, I do heat-style a lot, so maybe I need some additional protection to really help soften/protect myhair post-shower, and pre-style.

I have thin fine hair. After my hair was damaged horribly by the two consecutive dyes sent to me by my stylist, I tried this. It feels rich and smells good, but the moisturization it gives comes with a flat and lifeless look and would cause my hair to look very greasy by the next day. The effects don't last and my next wash makes my hair feel super dry again, no matter what kind of conditioner I use.
