I like the products, I was looking for more shine and I feel with longer hair I have to use more shampoo to get it clean. I think it would be better for shorter hair, but it is a good product.

Again, I love the smell. Most color- treated hair shampoos or conditioners smell medicinal. But this conditioner is extremely thick and can stay in the hair if not rinsed out thoroughly.

I tried washing my hair twice with this shampoo. Let's just say the first time my hair did not feel clean, so the second time I washed my hair twice. That was this morning and it still feels 'not clean'. And yes I rinsed everything very well. It's good to use after coloring, but I'd leave it at that.

I love this conditioner to go with my color. Keeps hair vibrant and healthy looking and I only once or twice a week. Over time it seems to not do the job for this unmanagable hair I have though and I use your leave in stuff now its great so far.

I have curly, long hair. I've used Diva Curl products for a number of years and tried Heart Lock It when I started using eSalon for my coloring. I have to be really careful shampooing with this product to make sure I don't get it into the middle/ends of my hair and to make sure I don't 'rub' my hair around too much. I have to ensure I only rub it right on my scalp - otherwise it turns my hair into a rats nest! It takes a lot of conditioner in the shower to detangle it. I don't have this problem with other shampoos.

I have a lot of hair but it is quite fine in texture. I have only used the conditioner twice but I can already feel and see the build-up. As a matter of course I rinse and rinse repeatedly. I need a different conditioner .... Any advice please?

I definitely feel clean and fresh, with a soft feel after use. It doesn't do anything beyond that to help my frizz or tame the mane! Although, team up with caviar leave in and you will see amazing results.

This is very nice shampoo & conditioner. I don't use it for every shampoo. I do switch off to another brand as I have always done before I started using this product. It seems to help retain the color. Bottles are terrible.

I tried this duo for the first time. It’s not a bad rod it but I think my hair is more needy. I’ve used Pureology for a while and it seems to keep my color and hydration well. This product is not bad and it didn’t get 4 stars for lack of quality it just isn’t for my hair. It does smell great though!!!

I had had my hair done several times by a salon. My hair felt like straw when it was wet and I was unable to get a wide tooth comb through it after it was washed. Then after it was dry. It looked like straw!! After I started using the shampoo and conditioner it was on the road to mending. It has been about 6 weeks since I started to use it and wow!! What a difference!!

The shampoo fragrance is very nice and not too heavy. It's hard for me to get the first shampooing worked into a lather. I end up using four pumps the first time and two pumps the second time and my hair is only shoulder-length.
