The color and shine last a long time. Not hard to use. You get all you need gloves, shampo, conditioner, color remover, and the last one I can't remember the name but it keep the color off your face. Comes to the door. What more can you ask.

This is the first colour I have used that covers the grey and keeps the hair looking natural and feeling soft. The colour does not fade and hair does not lose its shine and condition. Brilliant!

Love that it comes to me, is customized per my specifications, and can be tweaked if I feel it needs to be. The instructions are easy to follow, the tools are high quality, and the overall value is far better than over the counter hair color!

I love this hair color and have had so many compliments on it. I have dark brown hair and I was looking to lighten it a little. I've been using this product for the past couple of years and I love how my hair shines after colouring it. It isn't as harsh on my hair as the drug store brands. I also love how the bottle of colour for my roots differs from the one for the rest of my hair. I no longer get that super strong colour on my roots. Much better blending.

I love that you can adjust the color for the season by asking my specialist to just it lighter or darker. The coloring last longer than what you purchase at the store. It leaves my hair soft.

I absolutely love my hair color, although it could be a little more on the brighter red side and redder on the roots, the color is a thumbs up. Also, the way my hair felt while washing it and the after math of it being dry... It was Soft and not rough to deal with like how other hair colors leave it feeling!! Definitely recommend and will order again!!

I have been using this product for several years and it is great. Natural looking color that does not fade. Very easy to apply and blend (I only do roots). My hair is gray/white and this is hard to find color that does not make you look like the painted lady.

I'm very happy with my personalized color. You wouldn't know that my hair was colored, it matches so well. If I get the itch to add a little more red my colorist adds just enough. If I want less red, just the right amount is removed. I love this color.

I was tired of spending so much time at the salon getting my hair colored and having to be subject to their hours. Plus the smell of the chemicals they were using gave me headaches, and lasted long after the process was done. I received my color quickly and was very pleased with the results. The color has lasted much longer and colored my grays more completely than store bought color. The color match was done perfectly as well. I will recommend this to my family and friends.

easy instructions to follow, a nice product to use, my hair never dries out or goes brittle since using this product. The colour lasts twice as long as those bought over the counter.

It arrived fast and was packaged nicely. It provided everything I needed, including a nice pair of gloves. It didn't have the usual strong smell, but the shampoo and conditioner smell really good! It was quick and easy to use, and the results were great. I will continue ordering.

I've tried DIY hair color before AND salon hair color that would ALWAYS turn my dark brown hair brassy with red tints. This is the only hair color I've ever used that looks natural and is not brassy at all. Thank you, eSalon!

I've colored twice now with my esalon personalized color kit. While I do not precisely follow the directions, I do love the results! Long lasting, rich color that compliments my skin tone & eye color.

Best hair color out there perfect match every single time. Doesn't damage my hair like the store bought ones used to and it's easy to apply. Best of all it's delivered right to my door when I want it. I highly recommend it to everyone I know.

The color specialist's chose for me the best color of red I've ever had - even my natural color. I have 80% gray hair which is hard to color, but not with e-salon custom hair color. The dried out fried hair after coloring is a thing of the past, e-salon's color left my hair in great shape. I find that my color doesn't fade and has even coverage. I couldn't be more pleased with e-salon!

Always covers my color well and leaves my hair shiny and soft. Easy to use, I love that it auto ships each month, but I can change the delivery if I need it sooner or even later. Website is easy to use also.

For years I had my hair colored by a professional to cover my grays. Didn't think I could do it myself. I tried a few box colors at first but the color was never quite right. Esalon Is easy to use. The instructions are simple. I don't worry that the color has sat on a shelf for months. I love that it is auto shipped to my home and that I can easily change my ship schedule. It has saved me hundreds of dollars.
