I have been using esalon for several years now and am amazed how consistent and long lasting my color is. I used to pay over $100 to have my hair colored and it was always a guess as to how my color would turn out. I am not guessing any more. My color is the same, time after time. I LOVE this hair color! It volumnizes, the entire time, it does not fade, my hair is soft yet full. It was easy to follow the directions and use. Its a salon look and feel without going to a salon! I highly recommend this product!

It's always been difficult for me to find a stylist who could match my difficult type of hair. At 47, I am completely white headed and have had grey hair since my early 20's. Love the extra steps to the wonderful coverage, makes it feel like more of a at home salon treatment. And the shampooing and conditioning right afterwards eliminates the smell of treatment leaving it beautiful immediately.

I've been extremely happy with the colour match. I started off mixing 1/3 of the bottle, as I fortunately only have grey hair around my temples at the moment. This worked very effectively, and I'm still on my first bottle, and just ordered a second. I was surprised that despite ordering from what I anticipated was a site in Europe, that the hair colour was sent from the US. However the price was very reasonable (also for the shipping), although delivery took a little longer than I expected.

The best hair colour I've ever used. Esalon thinks of everything you need and puts it in your box! Who gives you two pair's of gloves and top quality as well no one! But esalon. There is not a bad thing I can think of to say about their products only wish I had found them sooner.

i loved the way my hair came out. Since I get the grey hair on the roots, it covered it. The use of two different bottles for roots and all around hair gave me an even shiny color. Me encanto como quedo mi cabello. El uso de dos botellas de un poco distinto color, no solo cubrio mis canas, sino tambien dejo mi cabello todo del mismo color y bien brilloso. Lo seguire usando.

...but I should have asked for something lighter. That's my bad. Everything was on the nose on their end. I never click on ads on Facebook, but I saw this one and I'm so glad I did. It's been 6 weeks and I don't see any sign of gray. (I also use Aussie 3 Minute Miracle Color Conditioning Treatment for Colored Hair. You can get it on Amazon.) I highly recommend eSalon! I am not going back to box colors.

I like it better than what I had professionally done at the salon. I would like it better if it was a little more vibrant Auburn Red. Still very easy to use and covers great. This colour really lasts (I only colour my hair 3 times a year) and does not affect the condition of my hair at all, rather it enhances it leaving it soft and silky. The colour looks really natural and the best compliments I get are from people who had no idea I coloured my hair !!

Seriously, I am most satisfied with your product and your customer service. Been using your hair color for nearly a year now, it lasts well and is convenient to use. Tried a local salon, it took too long and the color did not last as well, my wife said after two weeks my hair got orangey, but not with e salon's product. In fact it lasts pretty well for 6 weeks and when it does fade if I go further than six weeks my hair goes natural not some funky orangey color. Customer service is most appreciated, my first product was a bit too dark for me, they helped me customize it so it is close to what my hair used to look like. Now if you can do something for the wrinkles on my face, I would really be a customer for life! Only joking. Ken

Covering gray without having your hair look like it is different colors at different levels is not easily done without paying high salon prices. I can not tell enough of my friends how amazingly awesome esalon is! My hair color has been perfect every time. Not only has the colorist created a beautiful custom color , but they also make the at home application a breeze. I love esalon♡

I had been using the drugstore box hair coloring for years. This formula is so much more. I did buy the coloring tool kit and coloring my own hair has never been easier. A lot less mess, the perfect color, and shinier hair. The box stuff has such a chemical smell to it and seems much harsher on my hair. I just love this product and the convenience of having it delivered to my doorstep. I will be a continued user.

I have tried to get a match with over the counter color, but needless to say too dark. My hairdresser charges a lot to mix color for me and I am not able to afford this. eSalon has matched perfectly and is affordable. I will continue using it until I feel "old" and gray.

I just used the color for the first time and it was very easy and the instructions were great! My hair felt so soft while I was rinsing it off and the shampoo and conditioner made it even softer! The color is absolutely perfect too...I'm in love :)

I've been an ESalon customer for over 2 years now, and never have I been disappointed with the product or the service they provide. I love being notified prior to shipment so that if needed I can put it off for a week or two, not to mention having that opportunity to tweak (change) my color just by notifying the stylist of what I'd like to try. Using the product couldn't be easier... just mix, apply, wait, and rinse. They even provide you with the gloves - 2 pairs, stain guard (an ointment like substance that you apply around your hairline to avoid staining your skin), a stain removing wipe that works marvelously, a packet each of color lock shampoo and conditioner... all this packed in a neat little kit complete with personalized instructions and shipped to your door as often as you deem necessary. I just colored my hair this morning and it looks and feels gorgeous! It's shiny, full of body, and sparkling with natural looking highlights. I'm extremely pleased!

I finally found my color of Auburn that looks natural and what I grew up with. I always have people commenting how they love my hair color. Took about 3 orders to get it right. I could never find my color before. So easy, to order.

I was super pleased with how the color turned out. It was exactly the shade that I was looking for and the shampoo/conditioner made my hair so soft. Also loved the personalized packaging of the product. I wasn't sure about how it was going to turn out, but I will definitely be purchasing this again in the future.

When I purchased the product I was sceptical about getting good results from a clinician whom I've never seen. It turned out to be a great experience because it only took one small change and I was getting the results I wanted without having to sit in an expensive salon for two hours. I was really scared to try this but am so glad I took a leap of faith and trusted your color experts to put together a color that was especially tailored to ME! I absolutely LOVE the color...especially how it's the perfect blend of red highlights that prevent me from looking like a blahzay blonde. The formula didn't hurt my scalp. The instruction were easy to follow. The end results were a little darker than expected, but it will fade away by the first washes. It didn't leave my hair looking dry or brittle. It has a mild smell, didn't hurt my eyes while applying it. I received the product by mail super fast! Everything I needed was in the box.

I was very wary of trying E salon but I am absolutely in love with this coloring. My hair looks and feels great. I am so glad I decided to take the plunge. I kept looking at the box ..... My grey hair getting greyer...... Then I thought what the heck, have tried many products that just didn't live up to the many promises. So it's just another one I thought. I was actually amazed! My hair looks even colored. It looks professional and it feels fantastic. No more looking for a good product I have found it. The fact it covers my long hair is great and if I feel like a subtle change esalon is there to help. Thank you.

So close to my natural hair color, receive compliments all the time. I really love it, and have recommended the line to several people. Red is my color and that is a hard one to find that does not look bad.

Highlights shimmer through from my previous highlights after several shampoos. I do like this sort of transition and the surprise colors that mingle like children at play.

It's gentle but doesn't take forever like an organic color would. It covers the thick gray hair mixed in with my dark brown and everyone comments on how shiny my hair is. It is so easy to use, I love it. I've recommended it to my friends and may are now converts!
