I love the idea of automatically getting my color in the mail just as my greys are just beginning to sprout! My colorist is also very accommodating by making adjustments as needed; still working on the "perfect" color.

I had to wait to review because, just like when I use to go to the salon, I have to live with my color with a while to decide whether I like it or not. It's official, I really think this is the best coloring experience I've had! After years of spending 5-10 times more on coloring my hair, I have found a product to use myself that I'm completely satisfied and happy with! Your shampoo is fantastic too! Thanks so much! This was my second color adjustment and the color is now perfect. I love it and appreciate being able to make these adjustments. I was also easily able to change my delivery date so that I received the new color before we left on our road trip. I will definitely be continuing with eSalon!

I was a bit apprehensive to get a hair color online; how could I make sure that the color was really right for me? But I decided to try eSalon out, and boy, I'm so glad I did. After filling out what I wanted in my color, I got a message saying that color would be to dark for me, so my colorist, Courtney F., changed it to a lighter shade. When I got my color in the mail, I was so excited; I wanted to do my hair right then and there! When I finally colored my hair, I was so pleased! My hair looked like I went to a professional salon- the only indicator that I didn't was the dye I got on my neck (oops). Not only is this a high-end product, the customer service is amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

I have not coloured my hair for several months and allowed it to go completely gray. Then I ordered my custom colour and had my hair cut while I waited for it to arrive. When the colour arrived I was hesitant because I had not coloured my hair in a long time. But it was so easy! I had forgotten how easy. The products are easy to use and instructions are so clear. The results were perfect! All the gray was covered perfectly! Not a trace of gray! I could not be happier. All my friends were stunned at the change and I asked myself WHY did I ever let my hair go gray? Never it again!! Your colour product is fantastic and the shampoo and conditioner that comes in the package leaves my hair soft, silky and shiny. But the best part it all comes at a fraction of the cost of a salon colour process (I know because I was paying over $200 to have my hair coloured professionally). Thank you e-salon! you are the best!

I have periodically had my hair professionally colored. I have random, scattered grays that were very hard to cover. Usually after getting my expensive color treatment at a salon I would come home and find some of the random strands of gray were still there taunting me. This is the first time that I have ever colored my hair where there was not a single gray hair to be found when I was done. The directions were easy to follow and I am thrilled with the color, which matches my natural color perfectly. I'm now a believer and will be continuing with autoship. I also love the Sleek Dreams Smoothing Balm to tame my frizzy hair. I have just ordered the shampoo and conditioner to go with it as well. Thanks for making such great products!

I can only afford to get my hair colored professionally about once a year, so I usually use a popular diy brand. My roots were showing significantly after just 10 days, and I was really struggling to get my stubborn gray covered. The e-salon color lasts twice as long. I still have trouble with the white "baby" hair along the hairline, but it does cover most of it much better than what I was buying from the store. For those reasons, and the rapid, quality customer service, I definitely recommend giving it a try.

I love the red cast to my medium brown colored hair. My first custom color wasn't quite what I wanted, but my desired color was easier to describe after it and I now get exactly what I hoped for. Learning to communicate what I wanted was the only obstacle. The color is packaged for easy coloring and the color is a good consistency for even, no drip application. I have had to spread my orders further apart because the color (even the red) does not fade.

Wow great product. Left my locks deep in colour & shine. Never had a colour that has had such staying power for 8 weeks+. No bleeding after washing. Covered the grey, especially at my temples which always shows first. My home hairdresser was so impressed she has recommended it to one of her other clients and she has been colouring my hair for the past 6yrs!

Your product is so kind to my hair and the color is soooo close to my natural color - no one ever knows!! - except my husband. I am an African Amercan female in her mid 50s and I have lots of gray hair that is prominent around my edges. This color totally covers my gray all over. I use the semi permanent color because I do not want to damage my hair as it is not as strong as I have gotten older. The application process could not be any simpler. The cost is affordable. The website is so easy to navigate. I love that I can adjust, delay, or speed up my order at any time. The emails that I receive before shipments are such helpful reminders.

Great colour and my hair is back to being soft again. I bought 4 clips for my kit (long hair) my hubby finds it super easy to do my roots for me. I'm saving a bunch$ :)

Hair feels and looks great after dyeing it. It doesn't feel like I destroyed my hair. If anything, the color match was great and it looked healthy.

They are very personalized and make sure you are getting the right color with questions and photos. I have not had any coloring problems using e salon and the color is long-lasting and when I asked to lighten my color just a smidge, they got it right. I am really impressed! and the price is right too.

The directions were super easy to follow and even though I had my sister do the actual process, I probably could have figured it out myself. Originally had issues with the color but adjusting it was so easy and the stylists were very quick and helpful in their responses. Definitely will keep using this system. My hair looks great and feels a lot healthier despite all of the dye!

I ordered Darkest Brown to match my hair color. I was a little worried it would be too close to black and my ends would look like dull mud. No need to fear; my color is the perfect match from from roots to ends without muddy dullness or brassiness. It looks and feels healthy and hasn't faded at all. I'm impressed, 5 stars.

While I haven't got quite to the color I want because I have black hair and trying to get a red violet color in it isn't the easiest, my colorist has been amazing in trying to make it what I want. I think my next color adjustment will be perfect for what I'm looking for. They make it easy to adjust the color and no one ever gets snotty with you, just very helpful.

I have tried all brands of hair colours and they only last for about 2 weeks before the grey would come through. I found this on Facebook would you believe and thought well il give it a go it was so easy to use and last nearly 2 months I have recommended it to all my friends have now ordered it 3 times now I will be staying with salon. I am truly amazed at the coverage of my custom hair color. And don't let me mention how long it is lasting. I'm used to the "other" ones lasting about 3-4 weeks. ESalon has lasted 5 and looks like it can go for at least 5 more..(stayed tuned for my next review). The color itself is still gorgeous & shiny as if I just applied it. I know I have my new forever hair dye!

I absolutely love the service I get with the esalon products sent to me. I love the ease, being able to do at home. I actually would rather go to a salon and be pampered, but with major back problems, I can not be bent over the sinks there. So, I do my own, the color is beautiful as I get lots of compliments. I am completely excited and happy with the way my hair color turned out!!! I have never colored my hair before and after several people commented on all of my grey hair, and being only 38, I felt it was time to take the plunge. I have been so scared to pick the right product as I didn't want my hair to turn green. I loved the eSalon as they screened me really well. They asked me what I wanted for my hair, had me take a picture of my hair to get it the right color and if I wanted anything extra. I loved that they really wanted to get it right! After ordering, the product was created and shipped. It arrived to me within a week, which is super fast where I live. When I got the product I was super excited to see not just ONE application but TWO as the personal letter sent to me with the product information and supplies said I might need two since it was my first time with their product! I really appreciated that as I was so worried and scared that it wasn't going to work and I would have to fix something. They included super easy step by step instructions to follow and that also made me feel better! When it was finished I couldn't believe it!!! My grey hair was all gone and the color was exactly the same as it was before I started except with some really subtle reds and blonds that you can barely see unless you are in the right light! I LOVE THAT!!! I didn't want my hair to be obvious that I've colored it and probably the only people who will be able to tell are the ones that were giving me a hard time about it in the first place! I've waited a week to write this review as I wanted to see what my hair would look like after a week of washing and styling. It still looks amazing! I can see a couple grey hairs have come up but no where near what it was before coloring and it doesn't bother me! Thank you eSalon!!! Will totally order again!
