This is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. The color is brilliant and so natural looking, folks cannot tell that I even dye my hair. I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this is best condition my hair has even been. Can't beat the price. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have beautiful color, shining and healthy hair.

This product was great, I liked how everything I needed was included with the order, the only issue was that one of the bottles leaked during shipping. Even with some of the product missing, it still activated and worked with the color. I liked how my hair felt after coloring it, my hair was not dried out and felt soft and silky. I would highly recommend this product/service.

I've yet to have a truly perfect color on day 1. It's usually 3-5 days later when things "settle down" that it reaches the image I've had in my mind. What I love about E-salon is their wiliness to tweak your color to your specifications so that you are happy. With the colors I've gotten to this point I give them a platinum star in customer service and an amount gold star in the color area. Each time we change it gets better so kudos on that!!!

I had my color applied at eSalon in SF and it was fabulous. I got an 80/20 mix of blue to black (or maybe it was 60/40–it was the highest amount of blue they were allowed to mix). I got a great price because I had already purchased the color, and the stylist added what she needed to give me good saturation because I have a lot of hair. She also gave me an amazing blowout, which I rarely do for myself. I highly recommend the color and using an eSalon stylist. Color, care and convenience are the reasons I give this product + service 5 stars. They are easy to reach if you need support and they give you everything you need to get great color at home.

I love the customized formula and the ability to adjust the undertones. I recently reduced the violet to more mahogany for a warmer color. Sometimes they give me Color for free!

Such a good deal; gone are the days when I had to waste hours in the beauty salon; "No I don't want coffee or wine! I just want my hair colored". Now I do my own. i have been a customer since 2013 and tell folks about it all the time. The color mix is great and the stylists flexible and readily respond to emails/comments. Reasonably priced. Easy to use. Everything included in the box that you need plus your first shampoo and conditioner. Color stays better than anything bought OTC. Very pleased!

I went to a lighter color and I am so glad I did! My colorist helped walk me through going from a darker color to the lighter one. Actually it was two colors and they really helped a lot with their advice! Love love love my new color and I've gotten a lot of compliments! So glad I chose eSalon!

The current hair color is okay. it gets light from the first day of coloring so that works for me. I also had a Keratin treatment after which maybe why it is getting light.

I love my custom colour! I’ve always had trouble finding a drugstore box colour that was the right mix for my hair. However, I’m very happy with the colour I got from esalon. It’s the right shade of medium brown... not too light or too dark nor too “red”. My colourist, Ally, checked in with me before creating my personal mixture and sent very detailed instructions. This is the next best thing to visiting the salon, and certainly much more economical. I’m very happy with my results!

So I have “Virgin” hair, never been dyed before! I was so nervous but decided after reading and watching reviews to go for it. I’ve dyed friends hair so many times and have seen good and bad hair dye kits so I have a little experience. My hair is a medium blonde with natural bleach highlights...I went with a copper/auburn color and LOVE it! It’s so pretty, didn’t dry my hair out and didn’t stain my skin at all. The color took really well and wasn’t patchy at all!

I ordered the dark brown ash and my previous color was slightly lighter with bleached ends which I wanted to get rid of. It also had more of a golden tone. It’s been about a month since I colored my hair and no fading yet! I do follow CGM which might help but box dies usually fade right about now. I loved the tools they gave me for application and the clear instructions. I will be keeping my subscription.

I normally get box dye or on very rare occasions go to the salon to get my hair colored. I figured I would give this a try because my hair has been struggling lately. First, the costumer sevice was excellent. I had a few questions and they were very quick to reply. The kit is fabulous. Comes with more than enough product and very detailed instructions customized for you. The product went on wonderful, was not too runny and coated my hair well. My hair color came out wonderful and not just one typical dimension color. It's got shine and great undertones. My hair feels soft and shiny. Would absolutely recommend

I cannot say how happy I am about how my color came out.i was very sskeptical at first especially because I am a natural redhead, so getting color that looks natural is extremely hard and for a salon that does it via the internet. Wow I love it so very much. I was so scaredthat it would come out more brown than red butnope it came out a beautiful red. Thank you so very much. I am so glad I found you since with having such long hair it is well over $250.00 Easy in a salon to do my hair color and then to do that every 5 weeks.. I didn't know what to expect. I was just hoping the color would not be totally off. I sent two pictures of myself and the results were right on. They matched my color perfect. I'm so happy. I have spent a small fortune on my hair over the years. I tried store bought color ONCE it left hair feeling dry and brittle. I tried eSalon and the process was easy to follow. Afterwards, my hair was soft and I love the color. My sister is a professional cosmotoligist and she gave me the thumbs up to try eSalon! Great product and great PRICE!!

I am SUPER pleased with how my natural red hair has turned out. I usually spot a bottle job a mile away, but eSalon has nailed my color and the highlights within the color are fantastic!!!

I have been a light blonde for approximately 10 years and I needed a change.I received my color promptly but it sat in my closet for almost 2 weeks.The color I chose was going to be a big and I really had to be ready.I did it tonight after everyone was in bed. The color match is perfect! Had to make a slight adjustment from my first order. They were very accommodating, listened to exactly what I wanted and hit the nail on the head!! They also sent me a complimentary additional color which was awesome! Love the product and will keep using. So nice not to have to worry about going out and getting my color. Sent right to me on a perfect schedule. Like hitting the easy button.

Love the new color that the professional colorist at esalon, most recently Jennifer, have created for me and with this last purchase ordered a permanent color versus semi. It has been 2 months and my hair color continues to look natural for me. Thank you all for your dedication,
PS Not ready to give into my grey tones yet. I have been noticing the younger women I work are coloring their hair grey. GO FIGURE!!!!!!!

I am happy to report that my first experience with eSalon was completely knocked out of the park with a long hit home run!!!!! My color is perfect! I never expected the color to be such a perfect match. All I have to do now is figure out if I can incorporate some highlights and possible longer lasting coverage on my grays. From what I can tell so far, if I have questions then eSalon has the answers so I am ready to continue this relationship! Thanks eSalon; I'm a believer!!!! You guys ROCK!

My long time stylist told me 20 years ago I would never have to go gray...and I believed him! Now that I’m over 60, covering what has become my predominant hair color has become more difficult. My skin looks good, and damnit! I am a brunette! My custom color is mostly brown with some gold and a hint of violet, and I love it from the day it’s first done until the day it’s due to be redone. It’s better than the color my boy has been applying for all these years. I’m sold!

The color is fantastic - just what I’ve wanted for years. I have a hairdresser friend put the color on for me (she knows I won’t do it right) and she was amazed. So happy my hair is no longer blotchy. 14 different shades of red, blonde and brown. I will try this shade again. Did not cover some gray/white . It may have been me not covering it. I have never used a brush before. 🤪
