Step by step instructions A+! The packaging is amazing so easy to follow the instructions. That come with a little sticker to tape the instruction up on your mirror, VERY convenient! I purchased the light brown and the highlighting kit. I colored my hair with the light brown and loved it SO much i didn't even use the high light, Which is huge since I have had blonde in my hair for the last 30 years. My hair feels great too!

I like that the grays get covered and the color and conditioner afterwards leave my hair so soft and glossy. Also like that I can have the color adjusted with a message to my colorist so that I get the desired results long term. They even adjusted my instructions to make sure I liked my color next time!

I was shocked when I put on the hair color and my scalp did not itch..for the first time ever in coloring. It felt cooling and soothing and the 20 minutes just flew by. I have never had a color experience where I could not wait to wash out the treatment due to itching.

I love this product because it covers the gray beautifully and does not fade too quickly (I use the color care shampoo). It is easy to use and leaves my hair healthy and not over-processed.

I can't say that I was not nervous to try this product. I have done everything from box dye at Walmart to spending hundreds at the salon. So when I did the questionnaire and I saw the colors they chose I was excited because they were exactly what I was looking for. The box came very fast and when it arrived I was excited to try it. The process was easy and I loved the little sticker to hold up the directions (very nice touch). The color was a little darker than the picture showed but it still turned out perfect.
The shampoo that comes in the kit smelled great which was another added bonus.

I love this color kit! I have always paid over $100 to get my hair done every 6 weeks. Since finding this color kit, I only go to the salon about twice a year to get my highlights touched up and a fresh trim. Not only does it save me money but the color covers my grays well and seems to last longer than the salon color!!

For the first time in the history of coloring my hair, I didn't look in the mirror wishing for the first shampoo to soften the look. My hair is soft, shiny and smells incredible! The color is great... no unwanted red or gold!

I just used my first order of eSalong color. I love it. First, the packaging was fun. My name was on the bottles and instruction! I have colored my hair for years, but never really took time to do my roots. The videos on eSalon's website were really informative and I felt comfortable - finally - to do my roots! The back of my head wasn't as good as the front, but it's a start.
I was really impressed with the amount of color. I felt I was doing something wrong because I had so much leftover for the roots and ends. I have thick hair. I was great to not worry about running out of color!
I have never done the step in the shower with the color. I noticed a difference.
My only complaint is this color smells so much worse than most colors I have used. Honestly, it is not something that will deter me from using again! Thank you!!

my hair can get orangey or brassy and with the formula I am receiving it remains the perfect color even after being out in the sun. I asked for a little lighter color and the adjustment was again perfect (with the Ash color adjusted as well to keep it from turning reddish/orange). Could not be happier.

I decided to try eSalon as I travel a lot and can't get with my regular colorist as often as I need to retouch. They did a great job in matching what I wear and I may be able to take on the whole job on my own regardless of where I am. I never expected that! Being able to delay a shipment is perfect too.

Navigating the website is a challenge. I couldn't find the highlights (hidden at the very bottom of the website) so I ordered my color, then found the highlights, which meant I had to pay shipping twice!
Please put the Highlights at the top of the website so we can find it! But thank you for this amazing product. It really is as good as salon color!

I had a friend with experience to apply the dye as it was my 3rd time coloring my hair at the age 53. We applied some of the dye to my eyebrows too.
The blonde highlights I had before were covered and the color looked very natural.
I am glad I got this product and will do again in January.

I used to go to the grocery store and try to decide what color to buy each time, alternating between a lighter color and a darker color each time. Now, the color is consistent and I don’t have to decide. I usually bought what was on sale that day. Love this, and the shampoo and conditioner preserve the color. They have lasted a long time, too, because I only use small amounts.

J'adore la Coloration , de plus le produits sent extrêmement bon et me brûle pas le cuir chevelu comme dans un coiffeur ou ça vous chauffe le cuir chevelu , limite tu veut te grattée. Bah là non . Vraiment le produit es extra . Et je le recommanderai tout les mois tellement c'est un produit qui me chouchoute et où l'on peut même modifiée la couleur de cheveux si on trouve trop clair . I have been purchasing eSalon hair color since 2012 with no problems or issues. The color is fabulous and as you can see it leaves my hair shiny and luxurious~ Because of my thick, long hair, I found that I needed more product to actually cover the grey. Without hesitation my eSalon consultant made sure that my orders would complete the job. My hairdresser even says "I don't know how you do it. I have people who come in after they have done their own hair, and i have to fix what they did." Lol, not me... he also says that my hair is in great condition! (Thanks again, i also use the Color Care Shampoo & Conditioner Duo.) I have dyed my hair since in my twenties. I am 48 now and finding that boxed hair dyes just aren't doing it for me anymore. My new growth was several shades lighter than the rest of my hair. With the esalon dye, it is a even color throughout. I haven't had my hair look this good since my twenties.
Super easy to use. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as comfortable gloves, the stain guard, stain remover and non drip dye. Great application! Great experience. Excellent price as well.Thank you esalon for saving my looks!

I am so amazed at the color that was mixed for me!! I am 67 years old with red hair and became so gray and was so scared to dye it! That it would be a red color that wasn’t like my natural hair! But I have to say it was as perfect as it could be! I thank you truly with all my heart for making me feel so much better about myself now!!!!!

J avoue avoir été agréablement surprised par la qualité de ce produit alors que j étais un peu sceptique. La coloriste a parfaitement fait son job. Je désirais enlever des reflets cuivrés et grâce à sa préparation, c est chose faite. Idéale pour mon teint. Économique, puisque je n ai utilisé que la moitié du flacon pour mes racines. S agissant du 2eme flacon pour les pointes, je n ai pratiquement utilisé que très peu de produits. Un peu foncé ppur moi puisque mes pointes sont claires. Le but était d enlever le cuivré et c est chise faite. Maintenant, j ai un ombré doré. Cela dit, le résultat est spectaculaire. J ai bien fait de leurs faire confiance. Les quelques cheveux gris que j avais ont bien été cachés. Couleurs brillantes et lumineuse. Je recommande....

Everything is in the box gloves included! Easy to mix and suited to you only thing I would do in the future is have a shower after application rather than wash hair out over bath

Tried this for first time. My hair felt so soft for weeks. Full of body on its own. No smell and product easy to use. Love this formula and auto ship makes it so easy for a busy girl.

I haven't colored my hair at home for about 5 years, so I'm a little out of practice. This whole experience was so easy and the color is beautiful! I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted, so I sent my picture to the stylist and gave a vague description. The color came in the mail quickly and the kit had everything I needed, including personalized instructions. The color is beautiful and the coverage is great. I had a few grays and I can't even tell where they are! The dye wiped off my skin easily (and I was super messy and got it all over my arms). My hair was very soft and shiny after coloring. I would say the texture was better, like more supple, than before coloring. What an amazing product and experience!

I received an adjusted colour with a separate bottle for my roots and it worked really well. I was worried I'd not be able to do it properly by myself but it was manageable and I loved the result:)

I’ve been using eSalon for many years and as I’m getting older my hair is getting whiter and grayer. I went from being a vivacious red, orange redhead to slowly making my hair lighter and lighter so that the regrowth isn’t as obvious. I requested again this time they reduce the red (which I love) and my colorist mixed it PERFECT!!! I couldn’t of done a better job myself (and I used to be a cosmetologist that was great with color). It still looks natural, wasn’t a harsh change, but my roots are a light strawberry blonde only a tiny bit darker than the rest. Thanks so much for making hair color affordable and such excellent customer service!

I was quite sceptical about dying my hair at home, especially as I was going from blonde ombre to copper but my hair came out beautifully and so even! The whole kit was perfect and had everything you needed, down to the little sticker to stick up your instructions!

This is by far the best hair coloring product I have ever used. The color is brilliant and so natural looking, folks cannot tell that I even dye my hair. I have been coloring my hair for over 30 years and this is best condition my hair has even been. Can't beat the price. I highly recommend this product to anyone who wants to have beautiful color, shining and healthy hair.
