For one year it was great, then for the last two orders not so muchIn the beginning it was great. A year later, two orders with problems and no offer to fix the issue. Too much competition not to go elsewhere. Sorry eSalon, but I had to go elsewhere, you basically pushed me out the door. Gray hair at templesI leave the color on temple area first and longer than the rest of my hair. My hair color is the correct one,however, I have distinct lighter areas around the temple. This does not blend. When I go for a pro color the gray is always covered and they do not even bother to leave the color on longer around the temples. Nicht die Farbe, die ich wollte...Ich hatte mir Mittelbraun Asch als Farbe bestellt, weil ich den Haselnuss-Stich eines "Haartönungs-Unfalls" wieder beheben wollte, der Ansatz war dunkelblond mit weißen Strähnchen nachgewachsen. Nach der (sehr intensiv riechenden) Färbung war dann leider der Ansatz haselnuss-stichig, dafür hatte der Rest einen schönen Aschton... mein Problem hatte sich also auf die 4 cm Ansatz verschoben. Horrible, fo not recommendDried my hair out. Made my hair feelike straw. Hair still felt like straw even after deep conditioning. Color didn't even last 10 days.
