20 volume developer/ irritated my scalp!Today I used 10. Vol. developer with a new formula mixed just for me, it’s FANTASTIC COLOR RESULTS! They know what and how to mix your color. I’ve been a hairdresser for 30 years, and they could update my skills in coloring and technique. Love the way my hair feels so soft/ healthy/ covered all the greys with 10 vol. H202. AMAZING GRACE! EXCELLENTEasy to apply even coverage, covers greys, long lasting. Many compliments, received on my hair colour. It looks natural and I am so very pleased I gave this product a go. I did have to tweak the colour, second time around as it was too warm a tone but this has been done and is now just right for me. Brilliant will always use!I am in my 30s never coloured my hair before, had lots of greys coming through, was very nervous about dying my hair as I love my natural colour, I sent a picture and explanation about my natural colour- the colourist got it spot on - everyone has commented how it looks like my natural hair colour! And covered all my greys! The instructions were easy to follow, all the kit included was great! Great home kitI loved that the products were personalised with my name on them. The instructions were easy to follow and I loved the little sticker that held them on the wall. The kit was really good, with 2 pairs of gloves and I needed and used both pairs. The colour was really lovely and I am pleased with the results. Perfect!My second hair colour was just as I asked. I loved my first one however, I wanted it tweaked a little to give it depth and warmth. That’s what I got! My hair looks so shiny.
