Love My New Color Up to NowThanks for taking time to listen to my issues and for making a special mix to cover stubborn gray hair. I love the new darker color for roots. My gray hairs in sideburns are stubborn but, I love the new shade you blended for me. I'll just adjust the sideburns with temporary powder. Thank you so much. The packaging was over the top as well, because you pre-portion all that's needed to blend the colors. Surprisingly perfectI submitted a photo and chose the color that best matched my hair before it began to gray. I tried today and was very surprised that it is a near perfect match to my color before I started getting grays at the top in front. It is a lot of work to do it myself or maybe that is because I’ve never done color myself. But in the end I am very happy with it. It gives enough color without making me look completely different. ImpressiveI used esalon first time. Communication was great. I got a honest advice after I described my hair colour issues. I used my new hair colour today , It so much better than the commercial hair colours. I know my hair issue is complex ,it will take few more months till the colour will be perfect.
