I had requested a more Auburn tone to my colour and better grey coverage, and it was exactly as I'd asked!
My first experience was not bad but I wasn't completely thrilled with it. I ended up holding onto this new colour for nearly a year before I tried it!! And when I finally did, it was exactly as I'd hoped, but better.
I have just now re-ordered my colour and I am really excited to receive it. It is worth every penny and such a great product.

I just got a chance to use my new custom color, a medium blonde, and I truly love it. The color is bright and flattering to my skin tone and eye color, I didn't realize how unflattering the gray was until I used this color. I will be ordering it again. The only thing I missed was that when I use to order color - years ago before going gray - the kit came with a brush and there wasn't one with this kit.

I just love the color. It's been over a year since I tried coloring on my own and I just wasn't happy with the strawberry blonde attempts at the salon. Also, with prices going up on everything, I thought I'd try coloring at home again. I'm so happy I did! It only took 30 minutes, so it saved me time AND money. :)

Having used many many other brands of hair colour over the past 25 years, I decided to give this one a try. I've always dyed my hair shades of red. However, with more and more grey hairs appearing, it was becoming

My gray roots (59 yo) were getting brassy with the medium brown/ash color. I took a few pics and sent them to the eSalon team and they recommended updating to medium brown/pearl. Huge improvement! I look ten years younger. At my age, that’s a gift 😁

First you notice all the thoughtful things that come in the package, including two pairs of gloves. As you are washing your color out you notice you are not making the usual mess. After you wash and condition, there is not extra color dripping down. Your towels will appreciate this. Once you dry your hair, the feel is soft and silky. I love it.

Zunächst möchte ich mich recht herzlich bei dem Team von eSalon bedanken, für die wirklich liebevoll verpackte Haar Coloration. Alleine das Anschauen der einzelnen Dinge zaubert einem schon ein Lächeln ins Gesicht, zumal es mit dem persönlichen Namen versehen ist. Heute habe ich nun das Color-Set ausprobiert und bin mit dem Farbergebnis sehr zufrieden! Allerdings habe ich die Ansätze nicht 100%ig hinbekommen, aber das lag wahrscheinlich an mir. Mein Haar fühlt sich auf jeden Fall richtig gut an, ist locker und auch füllig, obwohl ich dünnes Haar habe. Ich hoffe, dass es bis zur nächsten Lieferung hält und werde noch eine Pflegemaske dazu bestellen.

My custom color was just perfect. I chose a semi-permanent color because it's less harsh and I have a keratin treatment in my hair so I need a color that does not lift the treatment. My hair was left soft, with a good coverage of my white roots(altough not perfect and i knew that because it's not a permanent color).In the box I received everything I needed and process was easy breezy. What I liked the most was that it did not burn or smell and the provided conditioner is sulfate free and i can use it on my hair and smelled just like the one my hairdresser uses in the salon. A very good salon experience in the comfort of your home.Great concept .

I have been looking at the Esalon products for a while and finally made the decision to set up a colour plan last week. Ordered on a Friday, my colour box was here by the Monday! I really didn’t expect a big difference so I was very happy with the results. My hair was so shiny and healthy after I colored. The color was so even and had much more depth. It’s a difference you can’t deny.

As you get older and your skin tone changes, the color you use on a regular basis no longer suits your skin tone. I found adding a little more red really made my complexion look fresh again. I'm glad I'm able to have my color adjusted to suit my need

I love this kit! The colourist listens when i have questions and the results are consistently great; my hair is soft and touchable. I trialed other online products and this is, in my opinion, the best option.

My color was beautiful!!! If you follow the directions (leave on a little longer for stubborn grays) and don’t try anything crazy, your hair will be beautiful! I am absolutely thrilled with this purchase!

I love my colorist solution, I have been using it over two years and I never came back to those drugstore colors. We have been working on my shade for quite a while, and meanwhile I tried lighter red, at the end of the day I came back for the very first color match, cause it is the most vivid one. I strongly recommend esalon to everyone I know.

Ich habe das erste Mal bei eSalon die Coloration bestellt. Da ich bei der ersten Anwendung bedenken hatte, habe ich erst einmal den Strännchen-Test gemacht und war schon einmal beruhigt. Die Farbe war nicht zu dunkel! Also habe ich "Losgelegt" und war sehr sehr positiv über das Endergebnis überrascht und begeistert!
Das Ergebnis; keine grauen Haare mehr und die Farbe perfekt, genauso wie ich diese bestellt habe. Für die nächste Farbe, würde ich vielleicht eine Stufe heller probieren.

The product was easy to use in my hair color looks really lovely definitely will keep using the gray coverage so far hasn't been great however nothing really seems to work on my thick coarse white "grays" my hair feels soft and the color they sent me looks beautifully matched with the rest of my hair. Overall very happy only used once and they've made some suggestions to try next time I color my hair to help cover the white hair better… Will continue to order

So far so good. The colour is spot on. I will be interested to see if it fades on the grey which it has coloured Fantastically at the moment.
I have to Say though, it’s not easy to do it alone. I got loads up my arms!!
2nd lot came yesterday. This time my husband Did it for me. The colour is amazing. I just love it.
Update: I’m now on my 6th application. I have stuck with the same colour but the timings have been adjusted to fix my resistant greys. To be honest, I can’t actually see me ever going back to hairdresser after COVID! I just love this.
***added august 2022. I did go back to the salon after Covid but guess what....I'm back with Esalon. I suffered the salon for a few months but got sick of the inconsistency. So......I now get exactly the same colour every few weeks with E salon and my hair just shines and shines. Thank goodness.

I'm an old gal of 57 & always dreaded colouring my hair. I stumbled upon eSalon & thought that I'd give it a go. I am glad that I did. The colour selection options are hugely varied but easy to navigate. The option to send a current pic of your hair is a bonus. You can convey additional info if you wish (I explained that I have a very pale complexion & formerly had dark brown hair & that my hair is now very fine). The kit arrived in good time. You receive your personalized colour, along with clear instruction & all the kit you need (& more) in order to successfully dye your hair.
Did they get it right? Yes. Without a doubt. The colour that I have received, is exactly as I hoped it would be (even my 76 year old Mum is impressed) & my husband loves it. I will continue to subscribe and would like to say a great big Thankyou ♥♥

The kit was very easy to use and my hair felt wonderful afterwards. To be frank I wasn’t sure about the color initially. It seemed a bit too red, but after all the compliments I received, how could I change it! And, after a couple days I grew to love it. I’m looking forward to my next order. Thank you eSalon!

I was super scared to try this because I have had such a hard time with my hair but I love it. My hair looked better than if I had gone to the hairdresser and all the hair products smell so good. No salon hair smell.

I am amazed at the quality and richness of the product overall. I have long hair and never color it. I am naturally 50-60% gray and was worried about how it might turn out. The colorist did an amazing job matching a formula to what I asked for. I am excited to see how the next round goes after discussing minor changes I want to try with the next batch. I am more than pleased.

Liked product, easy to use. This is the second time I have colored my hair using this product. I felt the color coverage did not last long enough. Will review my second attempt and hope to give five stars. Overall it was easy to follow, the scent was pleasant while applying and afterwards. My hair feels soft and the color is nice. Hoping for five stars this time around.

Have just used this for the first time and it’s the best home hair dye I have used. At last no orange roots! The colour has lasted well over my normal time I would need to re-dye. The colour match was perfect!

Thank you for adjusting my hair color. I am very pleased with my results. I was having problems with my hair because it was lighter on my top of head and darker color on the rest of the hair. Now my hair looks more uniform and finally got rid of that red orange look on top. So glad I discovered e Salon.
