Many Thanks to my personal hair advisor 😊 I am very happy with the results ( Golden mahogany) I’ve just done my colouring today although a bit awkward trying to follow instructions and colouring at the same time but quite understandably as it’s my first timer.

Thankyou so much, I originally chose my own blend of colours, which didnt cover my greys, the experts re formulated the tones I wanted and it did the job perfectly, I would also recommend the shine silk for dry frizz prone hair. Brilliant customer service!

This color is much better, still have some red tones but looks more natural. Also has a hint of dark blonde highlights. I Love it!

This was my second hair color order with eSalon. I needed to adjust the color after my first hair color order because I did not like the lightness/golden tone of it. The customer service team was helpful and made an adjustment in my color and I am very happy with my new shade! So glad I found this company. I'm saving hundreds of dollars and getting the results I would expect from a hair salon.

I'm in love with the color match. My grey, white, and silver patches disappear and blend in making my flat and dowdy hair look enhanced and fresh. The color looks so natural that no one even thinks it's color dyed. Since it's a perfect match to my natural hair I have virtually no demarcation or roots showing. Highly recommend eSalon.

I was amazed at all I got with my first order. I was a little daunted about doing it myself but finally bit the bullet and did it last week so I am way off my 5 week reorder schedule. I absolutely LOVE my custom color which is brown with golden highlights.

I am so happy with the new color formula, a true strawberry blonde! My previous hair formula was a more coppery red which worked well for me in the past. Since I spent a number of weeks at the beach this year, my hair bleached to a more strawberry blonds, which I decided to keep. I could not have been happier to see the results of the new formula, it is very natural and covers the gray very well!

I am impressed. My hair is about 7 shades naturally. My special formula did not cover gray but blended it nicely with my other hair. I do not look like I “dye” my hair. The product did not smell, it was gentle and the shampoo & conditioner are fabulous. I have a box of highlights waiting. Now if I could only cut hair.

I really wasn't sure what I was going for. I Received my kit which was roots only as I wanted to preserve my highlights. I applied on my roots, but also dragged down some pieces to the end in hopes of blending the new color. It's was perfect! Esalon got the color just right. I am shook!

Just by telling ESalon about the colour I required they have succeeded in providing me with the exact colour I wanted. ESalon are very clever in how they customise your hair dye to do exactly what you want by sending them a picture of your hair and/or telling them what you want they are able to customise a hair dye just for you - just brilliant. My new colour is light brown and I am very pleased with the results. Beautiful.

After moving to a new state and finding out how expensive salon prices are compared to what I am used to, I’ve decided to start coloring my hair on my own. So after a bunch of great reviews, and the nifty questionnaire profile to determine your hair color, I chose to go with the esalon. Boy am I happy I did!! Although my hair is a little darker than I’m used to, My hair is definitely healthy & shiny! I do not have the hair loss I did when going to a salon (bleach) and it’s actually growing back “Finally”. I’ve also received so many compliments on my hair from friends since doing my hair my own. I’m so happy I made my decision to color through esalon! Thank you esalon! and thank you color consultants! I have to say I was very skeptical about this product, but so far has been an awesome experience!! Everything from the choices, the directions, the PRODUCT, and the best is the customer support!! They get you in touch with colorists who know what they are doing! I went from very light blonde to a golden mahogany and it came out great, oh and I must mention that my hair goes down past my bra line! I gave my colorist the exact formula my hair stylist had been using on me (a specific dark red/burgundy) and they nailed it! The color came out looking exactly like it did after a salon visit! The packaging is absolutely gorgeous and I love that everything is personalized with your name on it. Very clear instructions and easy to use.

I am done! I finally found the hair color that is me. I never quite got what I was looking for from all the drug store choices. And soft and shiny is above and beyond my expectations. I just started coloring my hair about a year ago. And every time no matter brand or price my hair was dry and stringy. My ends always looked awful. Thank you eSalon and Danielle, you nailed it. I love how soft my hair is now. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

This is the best color processing set I have ever used. Brands I have purchased in stores frizzes out my hair and the color never lasts. eSalon color leaves my hair shiny and the color lasts. Happy hair, happy me.

Received my hair colour a couple of days ago dyed my hair this morning i absolutely love it i have a lot hair & it covered it all the colour came out darker than i expected but i love it it has red tones so adds warmth the conditioner has left my hair is silky & soft.

I have used several different online hair color subscriptions (M.R and CC&C) and this one has been the best! In the past, I chose a color and totally missed the mark. With Esalon, I sent a photo and they chose the color.
The color looks incredibly natural! I have had lots of compliments. Warning- it starts out looking way darker when it wet but once my hair dries it's perfect.
My only issue is the smell is pretty strong but I now open the windows and put the bathroom fan on while I work - it's worth it for the look :)

I love my new hair color. I have naturally dark blonde hair with cool tones (more on the green side), so this added warmth which complimented my warm skin tone much better. These colorists are pros and are slowly turning me into one as well. Absolutely love ❤️

I’m used to buying drug store hair color. I like to dye my hair a bright red, and even with the best drug store kits, it takes me forever to get the water run clear after rinsing—sometimes it takes days. I’m also used to my hair texture feeling dull afterwards.
I decided to try eSalon, and my color looks amazing. The directions are clear & detailed, everything is labeled well, and it’s easy to use. It didn’t take me long to get my hair to run clear after rinsing, my color looked vibrant and covered my roots & grays completely, and my hair looks so shiny & feels amazing. I’m definitely going to use eSalon again!

I’m absolutely thrilled! I’m 100% grey now but feel too young to let it grow out, I used to be a natural
Chestnut brown but I cannot achieve this with box colours as end up with ginger roots, and I can’t afford salon colour every 3 weeks! My colour arrived today, I have perfectly coloured roots and chestnut tones to my hair! Really thrilled! And the guide to full on colour at home is really good. Thank you

I've used eSalon for the past 5 years. My custom color was on point, I loved being able to adjust the color as the years have zipped by. Now, I 've decided to stop coloring and let the grey come in It's just time for me. I thank all the colorist who customized my color. Job well done.

My MIL told me she has been using esalon for years! I hate how expensive it is to go get my hair done at a shop especially because I have so much thick hair they charge by the bottle. esalon is so affordable and especially during the lockdown it was nice to be comfortable and safe at home to do my hair. I have a toddler so it’s hard to find time to go anywhere alone. I love being able to refresh my hair and stay home all at once! Being able to stay in contact with a stylist is so nice also! I love esalon and will be a loyal customer for life :)

I had requested a more Auburn tone to my colour and better grey coverage, and it was exactly as I'd asked!
My first experience was not bad but I wasn't completely thrilled with it. I ended up holding onto this new colour for nearly a year before I tried it!! And when I finally did, it was exactly as I'd hoped, but better.
I have just now re-ordered my colour and I am really excited to receive it. It is worth every penny and such a great product.

J'ai mis un peu de temps à me lancer mais voilà ce matin c'est fait. Les produits sont très bien à appliquer et n'irritent pas le cuir chevelu. Concernant le résultat, mes tempes n'ont pas totalement colorées malgré la dose et le temps adéquat. Le reste des cheveux très bien, pour ma longueur et épaisseur un peu plus dans le second flacon aurait été bien. A suivre maintenant dans le temps. La couleur est jolie. Sur le global je suis plutôt satisfaite.

I just got a chance to use my new custom color, a medium blonde, and I truly love it. The color is bright and flattering to my skin tone and eye color, I didn't realize how unflattering the gray was until I used this color. I will be ordering it again. The only thing I missed was that when I use to order color - years ago before going gray - the kit came with a brush and there wasn't one with this kit.

I just love the color. It's been over a year since I tried coloring on my own and I just wasn't happy with the strawberry blonde attempts at the salon. Also, with prices going up on everything, I thought I'd try coloring at home again. I'm so happy I did! It only took 30 minutes, so it saved me time AND money. :)

Having used many many other brands of hair colour over the past 25 years, I decided to give this one a try. I've always dyed my hair shades of red. However, with more and more grey hairs appearing, it was becoming

My gray roots (59 yo) were getting brassy with the medium brown/ash color. I took a few pics and sent them to the eSalon team and they recommended updating to medium brown/pearl. Huge improvement! I look ten years younger. At my age, that’s a gift 😁
