I am happy to report that my first experience with eSalon was completely knocked out of the park with a long hit home run!!!!! My color is perfect! I never expected the color to be such a perfect match. All I have to do now is figure out if I can incorporate some highlights and possible longer lasting coverage on my grays. From what I can tell so far, if I have questions then eSalon has the answers so I am ready to continue this relationship! Thanks eSalon; I'm a believer!!!! You guys ROCK!

My long time stylist told me 20 years ago I would never have to go gray...and I believed him! Now that I’m over 60, covering what has become my predominant hair color has become more difficult. My skin looks good, and damnit! I am a brunette! My custom color is mostly brown with some gold and a hint of violet, and I love it from the day it’s first done until the day it’s due to be redone. It’s better than the color my boy has been applying for all these years. I’m sold!

So happy my hair is no longer blotchy. 14 different shades of red, blonde and brown. I will try this shade again. Did not cover some gray/white . It may have been me not covering it. I have never used a brush before. 🤪

I love the color, it's deep but not brassy. Looks like a salon treatment for sure. The touch up products are large for the price and I'm confident they will be as great as the coloring. I'm a definate repeat customer.

It took a few attempts, but my colorist worked tirelessly with me and has my color right where I want it. The results far surpass any I have ever had from a salon, regardless of cost or level of skill of the salon colorist. The color really lasts! I have extremely long hair and a lot of gray. It covers it superbly. The best part is that, prior to using eSalon products, the gray would begin to show around my face - in the usual places - within 3 weeks, regardless of the type of hair products I used to clean and style. Not so with eSalon. I did not have any gray showing for nearly six weeks this time. Six weeks!

My first color delivery was so close to what I wanted. I have dark blonde hair and ordered the Dark Blonde (Copper). It came out more auburn than I expected, but the softness and shine are amazing and I was still happy with the color. I had some old highlights so I had to color-fill first, then color. I was happily surprised how many tones were still in my hair after coloring! Overall I am very happy and have worked with my colorist to tweak my color for my next delivery (at no charge because I was not 100% happy with my result - eSalon is amazing). I was really nervous to do this myself as I have been getting my hair colored in a salon for the past 20 years. If you are considering, make the jump. It's just hair, you can change it back!

I absolutely love E-Salon! I never knew colouring my own hair could be so easy with such fabulous results! I had very bleached ends, a brassy and reddish-bronde crown, uneven colouring and damaged dry hair from swimming all summer in the pool. I was unsure if E-Salon could help me out, as I have no time to go to the Salon, but needed an at-home fix. I sent in a picture of myself and the state my hair was currently in, and I was so impressed with the result, the medium blonde that my colorist Stephanie mixed for me, blended beautifully, into different tones that gave me fabulous dimension. The steps of application were clear and easy to follow. The colour is rich, pigmented, low scented, and very hydrating. The tint rinse once a week is a God send, and I swear in the 5 weeks between applications, my colour has not faded at all. And may I add, that my grey's were beautifully colored and I just couldn't be happier. Everything, from the packaging with my name on the product "Shannon's Colour' to everything else provided- 2 pairs of gloves, mixing bowl, application brush, stain guard, hair clips, and timer.....just made this so easy, enjoyable and such a great experience. Highly highly highly recommended!!!

I was always afraid to try to color my hair at home - what if i picked the wrong box???? This totally takes the guess work out of coloring your hair and I am so happy I tried it! The color formulation was perfect - it matched exactly what I wanted and I am getting so many compliments on my hair. Also your hair is not left feeling dry or damaged. This was a concern because I did try drugstore dye once and my hair felt horrible - with esalon it is the complete opposite! Also I am finding the color lasts longer than my salon color which makes the price even more attractive!

I always love the way my hair feels after coloring with eSalon's color, we're still working on finding the right shade to fit my super-picky taste in color, but overall the hair-color eSalon product is excellent! It never leaves your hair feeling dried or over processed, just really pretty and shiny. Keep up the good work!

Die Farbe deckt zu 100% meine grauen Haare ab, ich habe mir sonst Haarfarbe im Laden für Friseurbedarf gekauft aber die Farbe ist leider nicht so gut wie die von esalon, deshalb hab ich gewechselt und bin zu 100%zufrieden. Um die Lieferung brauch ich mir auch keine Sorgen machen, weil ich sie automatisch alle 4 Wochen zugeschickt bekomme. Bei dem Paket ist alles dabei, ich brauch kein extra Shampoo oder Conditioner, es ist alles dabei auch Handschuhe, Farbschutz und Cleaner, falls ich Farbe auf die haut bekomme, das find ich sehr gut und damit ist für mich auch der Preis gerechtfertigt. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen

My colorist, Gena was extremely accommodating. I disliked my first color and she replaced it with a color that fit my skin tone beautifully. She was also very helpful when I wanted to go darker and helped me with my transition shades, my current color (dark brown natural golden) is rich and beautiful, so happy with it! My only issue is that my hair feels quite dry after the initial softness wears off, but it’s to be expected with any dye.

Colour was as expected, I always said I wouldn't do red but I really like it and the fact that those two bottles did cover from root to tips is amazing. The delivery is excellent as well.

I really love my color! I was a little nervous at first, because I had to use two different bottles one for the roots and one for the ends. The instruction were very easy to follow, and the result are great!

diese Farbe überzeugt schon beim Auftragen durch eine schön cremige Konsistenz, aber total angenehm ist das Ergebnis .... das Haar ist weich, geschmeidig und hat einen tollen Glanz. Da der Farbton noch nicht ganz meiner Vorstellung entspricht, freue ich mich darüber ihn anpassen und nach meinen Wünschen ändern zu können.

I love my colour, it looks lovely and my hair feels so soft and well conditioned. Even better this colour actually colours my gray hairs and doesn't fade off at all in between colours. I've never had this happen before so am very impressed. Im a customer for life now!

I had been coloring my hair for decades in salons (to change color, cover gray, then white) I'd had fiascos with home coloring in my young days and sworn off that- but found esalon color to far exceed any salon color job I ever had. The tint rinse adds a depth and tone enhancement and vibrancy and fresh look for a long time.

For myself, the custom colour was something of a transformation from peroxide highlighted blonde with a mix of other colours to a light brown golden copper. I have wanted to go darker for a long time and initially chose a darker colour. Having seen a photo of my blonde lights/lows before proceding, my colourist, Freddie rang me to advise on a more suitable shade so i would get a nice tone of colour all over as i was covering processed light ash blonde highlights, and other colour. I am amazed with the result, considering i applied the colour myself. Step by step, personalised instructions guide you along. I did watch the how-to videos several times and made sure i had the tools for the job like section grips. I practiced sectioning my hair beforehand as i have thick hair of an odd pattern that has never parted in a perfectly straight manner and i have a fringe and layered wispy sIdes, so its not all one length. I did have a trim before applying my new colour which got rid of some nasty peroxide ends. I made sure i had everything i needed laid out before starting and i got several extra pairs of latex gloves which i used. I was a bit scared at first, as i was going from light to full head darker for first time since i was 17 when golden blonde naturally started to go mouse blonde so for me it seemed very dark at first. the how to videos and online advice were a necessity. I was amazed by the end result of my colour transformation, i could not believe i had managed to achieve a professional looking full head of colour, had a lot of compliments about my colour transformation, My skin tone appears fresher and the condition of my hair is much healthier. I love it, and will continue to use e-salon. The service is Perfect for me, as a night shift worker who does not like spending hours sat in a hair salon.

This product is amazing. I have tried every hair color there is. And my greys would always bleed thru. With esalon, my color stays strong, and bright. Even with the summer sun.
