This is the 2nd time I have used my custom color. It comes out perfectly from day 1 - not too dark as many others I have tried turn out. The color lasts and does not fade. This is my go to home hair coloring kit from now on.

Heather found the perfect color. The process was a little messy but the big reveal made it all worth it. I feel like I just back from the salon, but have a lot more money in my wallet and didn’t have to drive anywhere. So happy with my results!

I was previously using box dye. My hair feels healthier now after just one colour and the colour is lasting longer. The colour is also spot on based on my request! Service was great too.I love this concept. The package is also super cute and comes with everything you need including very informative instructions.

I've been ordering my colour here since the start of 2018. Only once did I have to go to salon (During covid and order didn't arrive for 3 months). They are so easy to work with, any issues that arose or changes I wanted to make they helped promptly. I LOVE the last colour change I got! It is perfect!

Since the pandemic hit I've been wanting to color my hair instead of giving $$$$ to my stylist once they reopened. I love my stylist but I can't afford to color and I'm getting more greys hairs. They make it so easy to do yourself! Very good quality product, my hair feels silky after. And, I am now comfortable to try again.

I have tried many hair colors, from salons to boxes. My hair is a hard match, it’s golden copper, if I would do drugstore colors I would have to mix two colors. I always want to stick as close to my natural color as possible to cover the grays around my temples and hairline. This color is awesome! It matches perfectly and doesn’t darken over time. It’s gentle on my hair and the color is always consistent! I can’t afford to go to a salon every month, nor do I have the desire to. This is the perfect solution!

I thought it might take a few tries to get the right color but the first order was perfect! It's been several months of use now and I'm still a fan. I love the great directions and available support and video ideas. I also appreciate that the color doesn't come off on my towels after applying the color and shampoo the first time or subsequent washings. I'm still waiting for eSalon to come up with a better solution to gray coverage between colorings such as a paint brush rather than a spray.

I was so nervous about coloring my hair for the first time because I didn't want to lose my natural red highlights, but desperately needed to start covering my grays... the hardest part was actually getting myself to go through with it! Once I did I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the process was, then even *more* pleasantly surprised by how good it looked! Shiny, rich color; not only did I not lose my red highlights, they were if anything enhanced and increased; and, no grays!

Absolutely loved it, I am on my 3rd application, I wanted to wait a bit before writing my review. I have curly dark hair and I am now getting my first grey hair and the customize colour does the work, it covers my few grey hair well and also give a beautiful purple highlight to my hair. I will still be using it as long as I can.

I have been really impressed with both the initial customer service and speed of delivery. When I wasn’t completely happy with my colour change they were extremely quick to reply, offer professional advice and rectify colour!

Trips to the salon are on hold for me during the pandemic and my grey hair was beginning to overtake my head. I did t like it. I decided to try esalon and I’m so glad I did! I’ve been dying my (v) stubborn greys for about 5 years, spent £100’s in salons and this is honestly just as good. Perfect tonal colour and lovely packaging, already ordered the next one.

BEST COLOR EVER AND IT MAKES MY HAIR SO SHINY AND HEALTHY THANKS SO MUCH. I'M SO HAPPY I FOUND YOU GUYS YOUR THE BEST !! ESalon is the best product I have used for coloring my hair. All of the three color kits I have received have been
wonderful and easy to use. I am trying a highlight kit. I had ordered one earlier but never used it. I will try this one with this upcoming order. Thanks for a wonderful product!

I was using box color from the store. I loved the color, but not the formula, so I decided to try Esalon. My first match wasn't quite right, so they sent me another try, and it was perfect! The color I love, and a formula that didn't kill my hair!

Easy, affordable with good results. I have been making fewer trips to the salon because of this product. My first use pulled red-which happens when I lighten my hair. The colorist was able to update my color and it looks great.

It took a bit to get the perfect colour for me but we got it! Made two adjustments (loved the colours done but not quite what I was looking for) and now I have dark blonde/light brown and I love it! It is the perfect colour to allow me to now grow out my natural colour that has quite a bit of grey now. I’m so pleased with the products!

Die Haarfarbe nutze ich jetzt seit einigen Monaten und bin super zufrieden. Die Farbe lässt sich toll verteilen, es kleckert nichts und das Ergebnis ist superschön und natürlich. Im Gegensatz zu meinen Haarfarben aus der Drogerie verblasst diese Farbe nicht so schnell und ich muss nicht ganz so oft nachfärben.
Auch der Support ist wirklich toll, es wird schnell und unkompliziert auf alle Anliegen reagiert.

I couldn't be more pleased with eSalon so far. The product is great, communication is excellent, and even the customer service has been so impressive. My stylist has created a great color for me. I colored my hair at salons for years and I've also used plenty of box dye as well. This is the best of both worlds and I really can't complain. Nice gray coverage, too!
