Wanted to give this product the test of time before reviewing and -- now that it's been a few weeks since application - I can express how truly pleased I am. The integrity of the color is lasting far longer than the over-the-counter brand I'd been using, it looks natural and - most wonderfully - my hair, after just one application - is softer and feels healthier than it has in years. Coordinating with my colorist has been easy and great. Delighted customer here.

I am a customer for 3 plus years. All I can say is.
Brilliant Idea! I am 73 years of age, most of my hair turn gray in my 30’s . To young to go Grey.
( I am very vane) For years I spend minimum of $200. Every 5-6 weeks. And sometimes more when I needed highlights every 6 months, almost $350. With the tip.
Then a friend introduced me to eSalon. I have not only saved hundreds of dollars. It is the convenience of having it done at my own convenience. One of the fun parts for me, it is that now that my husband, has retired, a physician (75 years young), likes to participate and help me to apply the color on the back of my hair, the part that is more difficult for me to apply.
Anyway, my point is that I recommend to anyone that I know. I got a few of my friends and 3 out 5 sister using it and love it. Try it. You don’t have anything to loose, and if it is no for you, stop.
I forgot to mention, with the money I safe on my hair, I now pampered my self with a massage 2 times a month and a facial every other month at Massage Envy! 😊

This was my first time using this product and considering my inexperience was a little messier than I realized it would be. It also took quite a while for me to get it all rinsed out, even after shampooing/conditioning. However, the color turned out perfectly and I am very pleased. I plan to tweak my color some and I'm glad I have options to explore. I love all the detail in the instructions and love that other helpful products are available (like the cape, color safe shampoo, etc.)

Esalon's products and hair color are spot on. The directions are easy to use and product is easy to apply. For a first time home hair color rookie, I couldn't be happier with my experience. The colorists are very responsive as well when selecting your next color and seeing if any changes are needed. The videos are also very helpful for do it yourself directions.

The grayer I get, the more nervous I’d become about coloring at home. I’d gone away from eSalon for quite a while but came back and explained my concerns. The colorist actually made some recommended changes to the color I’d selected during questionnaire - and it turned out great! I’m back!

It's my pleasure to recommend eSalon. I was very hesitant at first but only because they kept choosing the wrong hair color. Once I was able to decide on what color I really wanted I was so happy when I finished fixing my hair I couldn't believe how beautiful it turned out. Absolutely gorgeous 😍

I wanted to go to light brown, but part of me wanted to go back to red to be a little more daring. I put the color on and it came out better than I could have ever hoped. The color came out a light brown with red highlights...looking like a mahogany. I LOVE IT!!!! Thank you. I will never go back to the salon.

The customer service is amazing on this site. I really appreciate the professionalism and how quickly the agent responded to my email. I really liked how the color went on and the demi-permanent looks beautiful. I did expect to get a light brown color however the initial result turned my hair very dark brown almost black. Luckily the demi washes out pretty fast so it has lightened up quite a bit. I think I will order again because of convenience, price, and customer service. My hair does look and feel very healthy too so I'm happy about it, thnx!

I’ve been ordering my color for touch ups from esalson for over 2 years. Before Covid, I was always too busy to go to a salon and thankfully found this company on Pinterest. I get so many compliments on my color, it’s so easy and affordable. And, when all the salons closed, I was in good hands. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Having used off the shelf colours during lockdown my hair looked brassy and dry, having seen e salon I thought give it a try, and o my goodness it’s superb the colour and shine is wonderful, it so natural looking, everything that came in the box was quality from the gloves to the shampoo and conditioner, if your hesitating don’t just be honest with your colours , it’s absolutely fabulous

I started colouring my hair 3 years ago with cheap supermarkets dyes but my hair would either go bright orange or too dark as I'm natural medium to dark blond but wanted a lighter colour. I almost gave up until I tried e salon colour now I won't use any other colour, my hair goes perfect colour every time and no orange in sight it's so easy to use and doesn't sting or smell just perfect colour

First time I’ve ever tried coloring my hair at home. I was worried I’d wreck my hair and ruin my bathroom. My hair came out AMAZING! Better than some salon colors I’ve had. The color is perfect. Rich, dimensional and shiney. I put down some garbage bags to cover the tiles and grout in the bathroom, but honestly it wasn’t necessary. No where near as messy as I imagined. Love this!

The custom color set is a dream! I was somewhat skeptical but well over the drugstore box choice of colors. This set is very natural looking, and the communication and knowledge they provide is outstanding. Well worth the money and my hair feels thick and healthy!

I couldn’t be more pleased with my hair coloring routine now that I have been using esalon for about a year.
My color kit comes in a pretty box that has my name on the instructions.
Everything I need is there and if I have any questions I use the helpful videos that are found on the website.
I have found that by taking the time to do this at home it has inspired me to pamper my hair more and spend alittle extra time for me, which in my world often gets neglected. Because I can communicate with my colorist it’s been easy to fine tune the color that works for me. I’ve recommended esalon to all my friends.

This was my first time coloring my hair and first time using Esalon. It turned out great! I love the result! The color was exactly what I wanted to achieve. Just a deeper richer tone of my existing color and covering the greys. I went over the instructions that were sent along and the videos on Esalon site. I managed to color my own hair. Wow!

I am so impressed w this color. I was going to touch up the roots, per the coloring instructions, but decided to go full head w the custom color. I am so glad I did. Love it.
Update, 1/17/21: It's been nearly a year of using eSalon color, and I am still so happy. I had a recent color change, and it was perfect. I love love love this product!

I'm slowly being taken to my preferred color. I like the ease of using the product. It is package conveniently containing All You need.
