Bottle hard to squeeze

Usually I have liked everything I purchase at E salon- but though I love the effect on my hair- I do not like the odor nor the difficulty I have squeezing either bottle to get the product out.(shampoo and conditioner) I won’t buy again. This is the second time the bottles that have been chosen by your team are hard to work with. Wet hands should be utilized when trying them out- and an age of women you are supplying hair coloring too. Just some ideas. Love the color sets totally!!

Similar to the shampoo, I am not a fan of the smell however, it conditions well and leaves hair shiny!
