Color IssueMy color has taken a much longer time to arrive after ordering and this round did not cover my roots at all. The consistency was much more foamy (which it has never done) and began making sizzle sounds as well. I’ve never been unhappy with an order but this time I am very disappointed. I cannot find anywhere on the site where I can email/contact support. The one place I found would not load a location to message. I plan to try and call support during the week. I’d like a replacement order to try and cover the roots that have grown out significantly due to such a long time for delivery (which has never been such a long wait in the past). Amazing!I was a bit skeptical about this hair color. The grey coverage, color match, hair health. Loved how EVERYTHING was included. Easy to use step by step instructions. The results??? Love the colour, love the serviceI find it hard to find demi-permanent golden copper colours that actually look natural and have been so pleasantly surprised that both my first and second colour turned out absolutely beautiful. The first attempt I started with a more strawberry blonde mix so if I don't like the tone it wouldn't be too bright. The tone was amazing. Second time I went brighter and absolutely love it. Best thing is that when you get started or switch colours you get a colour specific for your roots and for the ends. The colour for the roots is less bright which works so well because it makes the root growth much less obvious. Even as a medium blonde dying my hair golden copper, I can wait 8 weeks before I dye my hair again which is perfect for me because I don't want to have to do it every 4 or 6 weeks. Too much maintenance for me. Towards the roots I notice that the colour is multifaceted which I love but I did purchase the highlight kit to try this time as well to get some more colour variation into the ends. I watched the instructions already and it's really clear on how to do it which makes me confident it will turn out great. Additionally I just want to say that it's been an absolute pleasure calling the team for assistance as well. I find it so hard to get good customer service nowadays where someone actually listens to you, is friendly and answers your questions without running circles around it. Great color for me!I love this company’s attention to detail. I’ve lightened my hair color and I’ve darkened it…in various shades of blonde. They’ve nailed it every time! Pas la couleur demandeC’est dommage parce que j’ai pas du tout la couleur demandé, j’ai demandé un éclaircissement parce que j’avais fait une couleur cet été et ça va pas du tout été le cas mais cheveux sont foncé je pense qu’ils n’ont même pas pris en compte mon changement de couleur avec photo que j’ai envoyé entre deux dommage et je ne pense pas recommandé du coup. 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
