SatisfiedIm satisfied with my order but wish I could get the toner at a lower price. I don’t need it every time I color my hair just every other month. So I go to Sally’s and buy it. 6.71 Light Brown Matte AshHappy to finally find a light brown shade that doesn’t turn out black. I have almost 50% grays and this color covered my roots (6.71 Light Brown Matte Ash). I advise that you divide your hair in 6 sections for better application and gray coverage. I purchased it again and will continue to use it for root touch up. In the other hand, I had a negative experience with the “light to medium brunette toner” should not be advertised as a “toner”. My experience with that product is that it is a BLACK Demi-permanent color that doesn’t tone but darkens any shade you have in your hair. Ojo!!Pedí un color rubio oscuro, esa es mi base natural. Tenía unas mechas rubias hechas. Pues bien, las raíces me quedaron naranjas. Lo comenté con la colorista que te asignan pero nada contestó al respecto.
