NEVER AGAINI was not very happy with my results, the color did not cover my gray hair at all. I think it needed more than the 30 minutes it said to process. Other than that the rest of my hair looks and feels great. I will give your product one more chance before I move on. January 19, 2023, So I gave it another shot and I am even more disappointed than before, it's like I didn't even put dye on my hair!!! The directions only increased the processing time by 10 minutes, from 30 to 40, well I left it on for an hour and it did not make my hair look any different, still had all my gray!! Change of color requestIt's always hard to pick the best root color, especially when I have high and low lights! The first color I chose looked good but just a bit too dark.i asked for more grey cover and a shade lighter. It is Perfect!
