My roots are still red and fade out so quicklyMy request/goal was a hint of red in my medium-dark hair. This is auburn or was when I was choosing a color. A small amount of red to add a tone that was noticeable when the sun shined on my head, that was what I wanted. When I'm indoors under recessed light, my freshly colored roots look very red. A week later they are pale, almost pink taking on a glow. I'm now buying boxed ash brown to get by. The dual process should be the perfect system to create a completed coloring for my "simple" request especially with increasing grey to deal with. Not the colour I asked forI asked for intense copper and got something completely different. No me agrado el resutadoEs un producto muy bonito pero no cumple con las expectativas que pense no me pinto mis canas y la parte de abajo de mi pelo quedo muy negro no me gusto su producto no cubrio mis canas y eso que no tengo muchas.
