HORRIBLEDo not order from e salon it's awful I cried then Jennifer sent me another color to darken my roots and it made them even more orange....she obviously has no clue what she is doing I asked for a dark dark purple ...I got ORANGE ROOTS AND ORANGY BROWN ENDS ....I HATE ITTTT 😭😭😭😭😭 1 von 1 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Left with ginger hairI’m unsure what happened but I selected dark blond colour i put the colour on the roots and the colour started developing a plum purple colour it was a bit conderning and the ends turned deep purple too, I washed it off as per the instructions and I’ve been left with bright ginger hair. I’m very upset and I will have to spend more money now trying to correct this. I’ve tried to press help and the option doesn’t work on the website. Good color but too auburnE-Salon has been great so far. I adjusted the color and it turned out too light. I’m a natural brunette and went for medium brown. Absolutely lovelyI was a bit sceptical at first, I really didn’t want to box dye and loose the different tones but also couldn’t afford £150+ at the hair dressers on a colour. The kit arrived and it was so pretty, instructions very easy to follow and I went non ammonia as I hate the smell! The colour is perfect! My ends are lighter which I wanted to show depth on my curly hair, my hair is so soft and conditioned. Only thing I wish there was more conditioner, I have really thick hair and I needs lots.
