5 star potential!Loved the kit, easy to use with clear instructions and every tool you need. My only gripe was that the product did not effectively cover my grays. However in contacting customer service I was given a solution and am excited to try again with my next kit. The level of customer service I received was fantastic, kudos to esalon for that.
