The Best There Is!!I have been using eSalon exclusively for my hair coloring needs for several years now. There is nothing better. It took a few shipments to get my color PRECISELY where I wanted it, like my natural color. Each time I gave an instruction (i.e. more yellow in the base; more copper, sliced lighter, etc.) it was followed to precision. My hair’s texture and condition are nearly that of virgin hair, and I’m 60 yrs. old with hair nearly to my waist! I love eSalon! Love itI have just tried esalon for the first time, and I love my colour. I was little worried about trying something new as my hair is thinning though age and medication but I put my big girl knickers on and went for it and I’m so glad I did. Not enough for my thick hairI needed to saturate my mids and ends more but if I had, I would only have been able to do half of my head; I have very thick hair. I like the color, it did well on my roots with how much I was able to apply there and with letting it sit longer. However, the rest of my hair, not so much. The highlights sucked the color up well, but for the most part, I needed more color and to let it sit longer. Sometimes you know yourself betterI completed all of the appropriate information including adding pictures. The colorist customized a color they thought would suit me better than the color I had selected which I appreciated given I am far from a stylist. However, because my hair was two different colors, the ends darker, the color they customized did not blend the two together and instead left me with roots much lighter than they’ve ever been, gray hairs entirely exposed, and the length of my hair 2-3 shades darker than any of it. They are supposed to give me the color I originally requested for free but I’ve yet to get any response so we will see. Worst part is I had waited to grow out my old color as long as I could before coloring again and really thought this was going to be such a great at home remedy.
