Not strawberry blondeThe color that was sent is beautiful. It is a medium golden blonde, almost caramel in color; however I asked for strawberry blonde and there is no strawberry or copper to be found. Again, very pretty and my hair feels healthy and all....but I didn’t want to be a medium blonde I wanted to be a medium strawberry blonde. Edit: Customer service is amazing! They immediately reached out to me and helped me work through how to get the color that I wanted. PerfectionLe résultat est impressionnant. Je n'ai jamais eu une aussi belle couleur. Je l'adopte pour toujours. Merci infiniment de m'avoir aidé à retrouver une belle coloration pour mes cheveux qui étaient ternes. Seuls quelques cheveux blancs n'ont pas pris. Je la referai et j'en mettrai plus devant. Easy to useMy personalized hair color was perfect.. I enjoy knowing I can lean towards “a little more red” or whatever at any time. Simple instructions, sturdy packaging, and easy reordering. AwesomeGreat product, they smell amazing, apply easy, last long, and my hair felt healthier after applying! Absolutely in LOVE with this company 😍 and they send you everything you need and they have professionals who help you through the whole process and answer any questions you have.
