Faded quicker than I expectedI love the care that went into packaging and formulating a personal color, however the darkest brown still wasn't as dark as the rest of my hair as I could see a line of difference. It also lightened up a bit after a few weeks of washes. I made a note and sent a picture to my E Salon colorist, so I am giving it another shot. Just what I ordered per e- Salons guidanceAfter following all directions and coloring my hair I had the blahest finish, I had dk blonde copper and a little gold, making it dk.strawberry blonde, was not happy with finish at all! Not at all what I asked forWay too dark, way too brown, doesn't look at all like the photo I sent my "stylist" (which btw you don't get a designated person. I replied to the email sent by my alleged stylist, and someone else entirely replied, because it's just a Zendesk ticketing system of random support employees who probably have no experience in hair color at all).
