ExcellentWhat a brilliant way to have the perfect hair colour. I was finding it harder to get to my hairdressers due to my husband being ill and decided to dye my own hair. Whilst researching the best home hair dyes I came across this company. So pleased I did, I have only had one pack but will be sure to carry on. Loved itI have been dyeing my hair at home for quite some time (I also have gone to hair salons) and I have been struggling to find a good hair color that could cover my greys while also achieving a uniform color. So I was quite excited to try esalon. I really loved the experience of having a personalized color set delivered at my door. The cute box included everything I needed to achieve a great color, the instructions were very clear and I appreciated the fact that I could stick them on my wall and read along as I dyed my hair. The color came out exactly as explained on the instructions. I am looking forward to my next order. It's a no for meAfter being a longtime subscriber to a different at-home color service I decided to compare. I loved the packaging and the cute little touches, such as the sticker to hang up the directions. The directions however were confusing, the color smelled awful and the process was messy. "Dumping the color bowl" over my head in the shower was strange and made a huge mess. The bottom line was my grays did not get covered at all and the overall color was blah. Great color - NOT permanent!!!The color was initially spot on!! 3-4 weeks later my hair was exactly the same color I started with.
