Love it!This product is easy to use and I love the results. After watching application videos I was able to successfully color my hair. I have gotten many compliments on my hair color. I have also saved money! This is much more economical than going to the stylist. The videos are extremely helpful and have inspired me to seek out videos to provide instruction on how to cut my hair as well. In the beginning I reached out to customer service for assistance in color and application methods. They were very helpful. WonderfulI’ve been using box color for years. I submitted my picture of my hair color and answered all the questions. The color I got was so perfect for me. There was a glow to my hair and a richness that I was not getting from the box color I had been using. It’s been a couple weeks and the color looks the same and has not faded. Schnell, ausreichend, einfachIm Vergleich zu im Laden gekauften Colorationen hatte ich mit diesem Set ausreichend Farbe und eine gut lesbare Schritt-für-Schritt Anleitung (inkl. CONSISTENTLY WONDER-FULL!!I've been a customer since 2016 and have NEVER once been disappointed or questioned my membership. Thank you!! In this world where almost everything is mass produced, and not always with care, receiving my shipment carefully packaged and personalized, is like a warm hug from a dear friend.
