Great color matchOnce they matched the color I wanted (only took one extra time) I've been very satisfied. My hair is soft and the color lasts me the usual 4 weeks before my roots become too noticeable. Color was spot onI've used esalon a few times- the gray coverage is always excellent and the quality of product seems much better than a drugstore box. this is the third time I've colored my hair (aka gray). usually a little dark.
