Absolutely LOVE this hair color and the fabulous customer service!I am so happy I found "eSalon". A colorist worked with me to adjust my color in order to create the perfect color for my hair. I appreciate having everything I need mailed to me just in time to cover root growth. Application is easy and the products are obviously far superior to any hair color I have applied to my hair over the past "30" years because my hair has never looked better! DisappointedWas excited to use this hair color after all the hype I read about it. The first time was just ok - color was nice but in 3 weeks, I saw a lot of grey. The second time was worse - I saw grey in several places right after coloring and the brown color was drab. I reached out to eSalon but no response after a few days so I cancelled future orders. I just don't see any improvement over the boxed color I get at the store and it is 1/3 the price! I am not new to coloring - I've been at it for over 30 years.
