DisappointedThe color was good but not lasting. The worst problem I had was it was to strong with ammonia.... my scalp broke out in a rash and even though I washed it off of my ears they were burnt by the solution. When coloring hair, one of our safety recommendations referenced in our Product Safety & Usage guide (included with every hair color order) is to remove contact lenses before applying the color. However, if you must wear contact lenses and any product gets into your eyes, we advise removing your lenses before rinsing them. We hope the irritation is not persistent. If it is, please seek medical attention. |
Hair feels terrible after useLove the color but it leaves a residue in my hair. Had to use a clarifying shampoo 3 times before my hair felt normal. The fumes also burn my eyes while coloring. HAIR FALLOUTSince I have to pick a star to write a review, I went with one. When I colored my hair with your product, at first I was happy. Although, it didnt give me the highlights I need. When it came time to get my next order, I had just had a MASSIVE HAIR LOSS!! I have thin straight hair, but alot of it. Well, I used to! I know hair loss is normal, who doesnt? But I lost 75% of my hair in 2 weeks. I asked my husband if he was giving chemo in my sleep! It was traumatic!! I watched huge chucks of hair go down the drain and my husband had to unclog our shower drain whenever I washed my hair! My hairdresser even commented on the loss. My doctor did alot of tests on me to make sure the loss was not because of something in me not right. Now to say all that, I have ALWAYS been careful with my hair. The ONLY thing I had changed, was my coloring. I have been hiding so no one sees my head. I now have tiny hairs growing in and I get to deal with that. I had to cut my long hair to make it less noticeable. This "savings" on my hair color, has cost me more than ALOT of money now. With medical visits and tests, to my hairdresser, to my emotional freakout, I WILL NOT order again or recommend to even my worst enemy! I have been reading reviews for this product all day and have not seen anyone else comment like mine. Has anyone had hair fallout after using this product? Any lawyers on here?
