ColorI have been using eSalon for at least 5 years and can say I will never use any other product. If you need to change your color they make every effort to provide a new color according to your request. I requested a new color and it was too dark. They remixed it until I was happy again. Color is beautiful for a short time, but not as easy as box from grocery storeFor me, this took a lot longer than using a box from the grocery store, and the color was darker than I expected. Also, when I signed up, where you can put in a note to the colorist, I noted that I prefer temporary color and asked if I should get temporary instead of permanent color from eSalon. I received no response electronically. When my package was received, there was no acknowledgement of my question in there either, and I received permanent color. The permanent color faded quicker than expected, and I liked the color it faded to after a couple of weeks, but it kept fading. Not as satisfied as first two times.I have used this hair color a few times now and have to say I am reconsidering my options. I've worked hard at following the instructions and times but have not consistently gotten close to the same results. Disappointing: did not cover gray hair!This would be my third time using the Custom Hair Color product. The first two times the product worked great. This last time, I was really disappointed.
