Not happy1st it gets delivered but I never received it. 2nd I get a new one sent to me, I'm so excited. After following the directions, I can't wait to see the light golden brown hair but to my extreme dissatisfaction there is no hint of light brown or golden. Colour very moisturising kind to hairWhen I first used this colour I wasn't sure of the outcome .After using it my hair felt soft manageable and I received compliments from my friends.i love it ..my colourist Joshua is excellent.I definitely recommend it .. The most natural looking colorThe color I get is very close to my natural color, being a red head though it will start to look dull after time. By adding this color it brightens it and brings back the copper and brightness. It doesn't look like I dye my hair, it helps that it is custom made and so close to my natural color.
