Did not cover grayThe root color was too dark and the golden color was not different enough. I can count the gray hair on my head and can count every one of them just after coloring. Can't get the Color RightThis is the fifth time now that I have worked with your stylists to adjust the color and again, it's just not right. Amazing!I am very happy with the hair color and the wonderful service. Custom hair colorWhen I first saw the ads for esalon I was thinking there's no way it would do all it says but it has done all it says. I really like the fact that there are experts that take all the information and make it to fit the person it's being made for, I have told all my friends.
