Worth Every Penny...I, at first was truly sceptical. I ordered, deleted, reorderd...finally i commited. Wow, i am So impressed! Not only did they produce a hard color to mix, im naturally strawberry-blonde, my hair is soft and shiny! Im NEVER buying off the shelf again! Perfect, just perfectColoring for red hair can be scary, believe me, I know. I absolutely love eSalon !!!I won't buy Haircolor any other way it was awesome!! Custom colorI really like my very custom color. I would like it just a bit more custom however. Just a bit more plum would be great. Having said that I have never found an option that does a better job than esalon at getting this close to the color I want. Unless I go to a salon and that is too expensive and inconvenient. Disappointing hair colorI was very disappointed in the hair color that I received from E Salon. First of all, I very specifically said that my roots were hard to cover. The color that was sent gave me an orangy color at the root and is already starting to fade and it's only been a week! The base hair color was supposed to have a tint of violet and I see NO violet color in my hair. And when I made the order, i was made to believe that I would be receiving 2 bottles of hair color.... 1 to use right away and one for later use. Not the case. E Salon sends one bottle for the roots and one bottle (the free one) for the ends. So am i to assume that IF (big IF) I make further purchases that I will have to purchase 2 bottles each time?
