About 18 months' experience nowI started using this product on a friend's recommendation when my regular stylist went on maternity leave - and I haven't gone back to her. This so perfectly meets my needs I'm amazed - no appointments, no remembering to make an appointment, no sitting for hours in a salon listening to inane chatter. Me time, a cup of tea, and a book - what more could I ask for? Every time I have contacted the service to have the color adjusted slightly, I've had fantastic results. The color is just right!I love getting my color by mail, it's always there when I need to do it. I don't have time, for a trip to the salon every time my hair needs color.
