Not the Color I wantedI tried to express that is was a brown auburn and that it ages me and I want a light color red. Think Strawberry Blonde. Just did the new reformulation and it was again a dark color. Bottle "says" dark blonde, with copper and mahogany, but It appears a auburn BROWN color still. I wanted red, but with the base being a light blonde, not a dark blonde, which is still making it dark. Also, I had got another shipment when I had gotten a new formulation. Too soon to be shipping when I had not even had the reformulation long enough. On the plus side, hair feels soft. Customer service department very nice. I guess my main complaint is I do not want to have to go through 10 dyes to get the proper color. I offered to send more pictures, of what I meant. Wish i could have. Better than the Salon & the storeJust the color I needed. At the store I couldn't find the exact color that I wanted, at the salon I couldn't explain well enough to have them understand what I wanted but with E-salon they got it right away with my picture and the stylists. Great ResultsGreat coverage of grey. Even though I'm just beginning to show so I only have about 5%, it's all around my hairline so it's pretty obvious. Best I've triedThis beats boxed-dye hands-down. I dare say it even beats the salon experience. I don't have to think about the shade because it's already worked out for me. I don't have to think about when to do it because it arrives when it's time to refresh my roots.
