The hair color was completely crushed and colored my clothes, the parcelsThe packaging of this is awful, it's a very cheap plastic bag with holes in it, probably thinner than Chinese sauce. It spilled all over the place, all over the box, and damaged my clothes too. Never received my orderI've never received my order and still don't have any reply from your company. It's a pity and very dissapointed. Premier essai et hyper satisfaiteUne première commande pour moi. Je suis une adepte de couleurs de supermarché, et je me suis dis pourquoi pas car je ne trouvais jamais la couleur que je recherchais. Maintenant j ai trouvé.... ici ! Genial ! Couleur superbe, hyper naturelle... exactement ce que je cherchais. Wow! NO greys!I've tried every box colour on the shelves and within a few washes back were the greys! Put this colour on 3 weeks ago and still no greys!!!! I'm blown away.
