Fantastic Color!I was skeptical at first, but my friend's hair looked so great I decided to give esalon a try. My (now former) colorist keeps raising her prices and i was fed up with her. Granted, it was in a beautiful salon in Beverly Hills, but I'd rather save my money. But I didn't really want to do the work myself and deal with the mess. So I took my esalon products to a local beauty college in Culver City and had a beauty student apply it and wash it out and then blow out my hair. PRODUCT TOO AMMONIACAL COMPARED TO SHOP BOUGHT PRODUCTSi FOUND THE PRODUCT VERY STRONGLY SMELLING OF AMMONIA AND IT TOOK OUR BREATH AWAY. mY HUSBAND REMARKED ON THE SMELL AS SOON AS WE APPLIED THE COLOUR. Excellent colour treatment for hairMatching colors with the many on the shelves is really difficult and I was pleasantly surprised how the colour matched my hair, having some old hilights has enhanced the effect of the colour, it is natural, hair feels smooth and best of all is easy to use, everything you need is supplied. Great stop gapI find the esalon hair colour a great stop gap as I travel a lot. I would say that it covers root regrowth for a bit more than a week after that I need to go to my hairdresser.
