Great long lasting color and great service.I decided to give this new way of hair color a try after some really not great results from home hair colors ! I am so pleased i did, the whole product and customer service has been great , I must admit my hair before i used this color was bleached blonde dark roots and brassy tones ! so I was a little worried about the results . A colorist contacted me about my hair color what i hoped to achieve ,My color arrived quickly well packaged and my own label and instructions ,I was wanting to go a few shades darker and although the results were not quite as dark as i would have liked the color was even and and has lasted . I have contacted them and the next order will be sent on date i have requested and color tweaked a little . Love this hair color!This is my first experience with esalon and I am really happy with the results! It covered all the gray in my hair, and it also evened out all the "lines" in my hair that grocery store hair color didn't cover. FANTASTIC CUSTOM MADE HAIR COLOURChoosing the right colour on the site was made really simple and straight forward. It arrived almost 'gift boxed' with a 'personal' instruction leaflet. It was easy to apply with very little odour and no 'dripping'. The shampoo and conditioner supplied made the finished look incredibly shiny. The 'stain guard' and 'stain removal wipe' were a welcome extra bonus and 'TWO pairs of decent gloves' just completed this brilliant product.
