Long lasting color with great service!Only took two tries to get the right color. Color last much longer than store bought products and I love that you can delay the order as in my case i only need to color every 5-6 months. Figure it cost $40 per year and i would definitely spend way more than that on store bought products and for sure 10 times that much at a beauty salon! FANTASTIC PRODUCTBeing partialy handicapped it's hard for me to color my hair so my sister-in-law does it for me. Although the instructions are easy to read and follow it took us a couple of tries to perfect the whole procedure. She's not a beautician and was petrified that she would ruin my hair. If I have a question the employees are always there to help. I called once to tell them the color wasn't covering some of my gray hair. The technician listened to my concerns and adjusted the formula and its been perfect since. My color is BEAUTIFUL!!!!!! I've had strangers actually come up and tell me I've got gorgeous hair. When I tell them it's dyed they can't believe it because it looks so natural. Of course, I tell them how and where they can get the same results. Love the mixtureThe made for you hair color is a great match for me because it matches my roots that come in. My hair used to be light blonde but has been coming in darker as I get older so it's best to have a darker blonde. The new mixture turned out pretty. Best ProductEven though I love this product more than any other product or salon, I only gave four stars because I wish the color on my gray roots will stay longer. But other than that no other complaints. BEWARE! Harsh Color It burned my head!The 1st time I left the color on for 30 mins and it was so painful. I had to get meds from my Dr. Like a dummy I tried it again but for only 15 mins, less of a burn but my forehead and left eye were swollen and I still needed meds!
