I did pretty dang good for never having done this before!Well it was my first time with e-Salon so I’m sure that part of this could be user error. I did find it hard to wash out and make sure that I got it all out. I did this application June 1st and I am already seeing my gray roots. But that could have been my error. I have never colored my own hair all by myself before. I think that I should have gone a little darker, but I’m not sure. I learned a lot for my first time and the customer service was outstanding. I needed to call in twice and have them reship. But they had no problem with my request and changed the shipping address from my work to my home to help ensure that I received my shipment.
