No noticeable color changeI tried this twice and sadly have been disappointed. Both times I could not even tell I colored my hair at all. I followed the instructions exactly. Nothing. Not requested colorI'm dissapointed. I requested a more neutral shade with a hint of warmth but the color I received (and followed instructions for using) turned out VERY warm (orangeish). In fact, the color seems very close to the last color I received and wasn't satisfied with. The pic (of my desired color) I attached to my last order is much more of a rich, neutral medium brown base color, and the highlights are a caramel shade. I'll accept another free base color that attempts to meet the more neutral shade I'd like (with a touch of warmth).
