Love my color!Esalon mixed the perfect color for me! My natural color kept changing as I got older and just wasn't right for me. Nature had it right when I was a small child, but didn't know what it was doing when I was a young woman! Well Esalon found that color I had as a youth and everyone loves it! Cheaper than the salonI like the color blend, but I still have stubborn grays that will not cover up. I don't like the smell, it's very strong. Needs a lot of ventilation, which I do not have. The timing is excellent, short and sweet. I love the shampoo and conditioner. It leaves my hair feeling soft any silky. Horrible Color!I was sent light brown mahogany when I was told it would be medium brown mahogany and it's a carrot top orange color. Ugg nIm returning product and don't understand now a professional color company can determine with only a photo the right mixture for my hair? Not worth the money.
