First time I ever colored my own hairEverything about this product & this company was great. It was easy to complete the questionnaire & the color made for me is just right. The instructions that come with the kit are easy to follow, I am happy to say my husband did it for me. He said the color is perfect. I won't be spending $85 plus every 4 weeks to color my hair at the salon anymore. Thank you eSalon for making this product so affordable. I wasn't sure how this was going to work but it is amazing and I'm thrilled. I am a customer for life. P.S. The customer service on line has been wonderful. 1st time coloring my own hair...success!!!I was so afraid I was going to mess my hair up doing it myself. I have highlights with grew growth and find myself going to the hairdresser every 4 weeks now. My schedule is crazy and find it hard to spend 2 hours in the chair. Custom color for highlight/lowlight hairWith genuine interest and concern for the best possible outcome, the colorists at eSalon "tweaked" a light Brown shade that truly blends with all the shades of my hair. The only downside is I don't need all of the generous amount they send, to color my roots.
