I don't even know what to say...I can't really complain because my goal was to cover the gray hair from my roots, also because I mean this was my decision and in the situation we are living there was no other option. However I was not expecting my hair to be this dark, I mean I had highlights.I wanted the color to match my COLORED hair not my ROOTS. I mean of course not as light as highlights but a light color to match the whole color evenly. Disappointed, it didn't cover my gray hairs...I was hoping that I would like this product, as the customer support team is excellent. I left color on as specified, it didn't even cover my gray.
