Love the idea but not quite rightMy order looked amazing and I couldn't wait to try it. Application - tricky with the bowl and brushes but it was because I'm not used to doing colour that way. The result looked great for about 4 days then greys started to show through and colour lifted so my hair was lighter than I actually wanted. Love this product!Everything promised - has been delivered. We did have to tweak the color once to get it just perfect - each order is consistent and right on time. I appreciate the follow up prior to each order being shipped too - allows the opportunity to change or delay my color. Hair feels great after each process - healthy and natural color.
