First Time User - Will never use again!I tried this because of the advertising and testimonials online. I really wanted to like it. I'm a 50 year old woman and I color my hair every 4-6 weeks. First, the kit comes with lots of items..color, gloss, brush, shampoo, conditioner, stain blocker, stain remover. And you need all of the items. The liquid is much thinner than OTC and gets everywhere. It stains EVERYTHING. Makes a real mess. I was concerned that the color would be too dark when I first put it on but then, after it dried, it was MUCH too dark. Hair felt dry and not as mangeable or healthy as it does after OTC. I thought the big plus would be the "gloss" but OTC actually leaves my hair shinier! I won't every try this again. I regret trying it to begin with. My custom colorI love my e-Salon color! It is perfect! My coloring didn't go well this time, however; my daughter did it for me, and she'd never colored hair before (she didn't quite do it right, so it's not the color's fault;) I've already placed an order for August 12, a few weeks earlier; I'll have my Mom do it for me next time, otherwise, I absolutely love this product!! 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. Such a great experienceCustom instructions and great packaging including everything you need to do your custom color in the comfort of your own home! Really is a custom color!I am very thankful that eSalon sent me a lighter color based on my profile/picture since the color I originally chose would have been way to dark. The color that eSalon chose for me was darker than what my hair was at the time of my order but wasn't outrageously dark (which my color would have been if they hadn't suggested the color they sent). Covers all my greys and leaves my hair lovely and soft.Very pleased with my eSalon colours so far. Covers all my greys and lasts through til my next hair appointment. Leaves my hair feeling lovely and soft and without the pungent smell some other colours leave behind. Perfect!I used to comb 3 or 4 stores to get the box color I wanted and sometimes, I just couldn't find it! For $20, my perfect color now comes to ME. My hair is healthy and shiny, and I can change it any time I like, altering a little or a lot. I can determine how often I get it too.
