NOT WHAT I ORDEREDTELL ME HOW TO WASH THIS OUT. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. I wish i could send you pictures. I ordered a warm medium brown and I have the worst hair color i have ever had in my life. It is so dark and massive auburn color to it. I made specific details when i called that my hair tends to go auburn and it is all that color now. It was to be a medium brown and it is the darkest brown auburn i have ever seen. I am not happy at all and i can't go out in public like this. IT IS HORRIBLE. What is wrong with you people. Negative impressionNothing about either order has left me feeling happy Asked for adjustments to first color as wasn't happy with it from what I can see they sent same color but hard to tell as never received the order When I went to support filled out info site would not let me submit it so I assume I'm just out the money If possible to give zero stars I would 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich. No quedé conformeQuiero manifestar que no quedé conforme con el producto, mi color se oscureció incluso en las puntas, yo pedí un rubio claro cenizo pero me dió un tono chocolate, pedí un shampoo baño seco y llegó golpeado y el producto se había evaporado, el tinte me produjo una alergia y resequedad al cuello cabelludo y ahora tengo mucha caspa.
