Colour mixed into Grey toneI am Naturally dark blonde with mid light complexion, light freckles light blue eyes. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the color percentage combination on the chart, which After mixing color it turned grey, it did not go towards a light white color that I’m used to seeing before any of my blonde highlights color application - I had to take great pause to consider applying this mix to my hair. Especially taking an extreme risk that and did not want the finish color to look dark ashen grey. This was not what I was going for, the color mixed together gave my husband and I an uneasiness that would give a very less than attractive desired results.! Custom color setWell at first I wasn’t sure if I liked the color but after a while I decided I did like the color. How ever it’s been washing out of my hair and I’ve decided it’s too expensive to buy a color that does not stay in my hair.. Muy poco tinteEl color me gustó. Pero la cantidad es muy poca!! No me cubrió completamente y lo apliqué exactamente como lo indican. Me hubiera gustado que fuera un poco más. tengo bastante cabello. Pero el producto se ve bueno. Ahora quiero ver cuánto me dure el color. me quedaron partes más claras que otra porque no fue suficiente tinte. faltaba un poco más. quiero saber si me pueden mandar un frasco más grande de tinte si decidiera continuar ordenándoles ? I sent 3 email asking for a specific colour and I got the wrong oneHi , Very disappointed. I was in contact with 2 different consultant and I was very clear regarding my request: “ ash “ blonde . They suggested to me to change the colour and I said yes but need to be “ash” even if it is dark but I want cover my “ red roots “. I have received a dark blonde set that I don’t like and I don ‘t need it ! Sent 2 email , 5 days ago and I am still waiting for a response. I got the wrong colour and I am still waiting for an answer!I spoke with 2 different consultant and I was very clear about my request : “ ash “ blonde to cover my red roots . I Have received a dark blonde colour that I don’t like and I don’t need and no one is answering to me . I want change the colour ASAP . 3 orders with not enough productIf I can rate them as 0 I would..I've received 3 orders with less than half the regular amount of developer...I've sent messages each time with photos of unopened product and each time I get an apology and issued another shipment that comes with less than half developer..I cant use a full color with half developer so these shipments are no good for me to use..so I am discontinuing my subscription 0 von 0 Personen fanden diese Rezension hilfreich.
